港口水域船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng),港口內(nèi)行駛船舶數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)速度很快,現(xiàn)有VTS設(shè)備的船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制逐漸不能滿足港口管理的需求,給VTS值班人員造成很大的壓力。通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)分析國內(nèi)VTS以及船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警的研究現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)通過在廈門港VTS的調(diào)研,了解到國內(nèi)VTS中心現(xiàn)有設(shè)備在船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警存在問題,如DCPA、TCPA閾值設(shè)置不合理,產(chǎn)生誤報(bào)警等,需要探索新的船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警方法,以便對(duì)船舶的碰撞危險(xiǎn)做出及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)報(bào)。本文在導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)前期研究開闊域船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)度閾值計(jì)算模型的基礎(chǔ)上,做了以下研究工作:(1)針對(duì)國內(nèi)VTS以及船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警存在的問題,在導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)前期研究中開闊水域SDA及SDAmin估算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,將港口內(nèi)船舶限定速度、不同種類船舶操縱性不同等因素考慮進(jìn)來,建立適合港口水域的SDA及SDAmin估算模型。(2)通過專家咨詢的方式,總結(jié)港口不同區(qū)域內(nèi)船舶駕駛員操船避讓通常做法,并通過理論分析與仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,研究船舶分別采取不同舵角改向及不同減速方法(倒車或停車減速)的操縱延遲估算模型。(3)采用相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)幾何分析方法對(duì)船舶會(huì)遇態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,綜合考慮采取避讓措施的難易程度,確定船舶碰撞危險(xiǎn)度閾值計(jì)算模型;在建立最晚施舵時(shí)機(jī)量化模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以最晚施舵時(shí)機(jī)作為碰撞危險(xiǎn)度評(píng)估模型,進(jìn)而對(duì)多目標(biāo)船的碰撞危險(xiǎn)度進(jìn)行排序。(4)通過VC++編程的方法將預(yù)警算法集成到我校自主研發(fā)的船舶智能操控(Ship Intelligent Handle and Control,簡(jiǎn)稱SIHC)仿真研究平臺(tái)上,利用DMI船模仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證港口水域內(nèi)碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型,通過設(shè)計(jì)港口水域兩船及多船碰撞預(yù)警驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),初步探討將預(yù)警模型集成到IVTS(智能VTS)上進(jìn)行船舶的碰撞危險(xiǎn)預(yù)警仿真;初步實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)警信息智能顯示與自動(dòng)傳遞的功能。
[Abstract]:With the growth of trade, the number of ships in the port is increasing rapidly. The ship collision risk warning mechanism of the existing VTS equipment can not meet the requirements of port management gradually, causing great pressure on the VTS duty personnel. Through reading the literature to analyze the current situation of VTS and ship collision hazard warning in China, and through the investigation of VTS in Xiamen port, we know that the existing equipment of domestic VTS center has problems in ship collision hazard warning, such as DCPA,. Due to unreasonable setting of TCPA threshold, false alarm and so on, it is necessary to explore a new method of ship collision hazard warning in order to make timely and accurate prediction of ship collision risk. Based on the research of the open area ship collision risk threshold model, this paper does the following research work: (1) aiming at the existing problems of VTS and ship collision hazard warning in China, Based on the estimation of SDA and SDAmin in open water in the previous study of the tutors' team, the limited speed of ships in the port and the different factors of ship maneuverability of different types are taken into account. The estimation models of SDA and SDAmin suitable for port waters are established. (2) by means of expert consultation, the common methods of shipowner maneuvering and avoiding in different areas of port are summarized, and the method of combining theory analysis with simulation experiment is adopted. This paper studies the estimation models of steering delay of ships with different rudder angles and different deceleration methods (reverse or stop deceleration). (3) the relative motion geometry analysis method is used to analyze the ship encounter situation. Considering comprehensively the difficulty and ease of taking measures to avoid collision, the model for calculating the threshold value of ship collision risk is determined. On the basis of establishing the quantitative model of the latest rudder timing, the latest rudder timing is used as the collision risk assessment model. Then the collision risk degree of multi-target ship is sorted. (4) the early warning algorithm is integrated into the ship intelligent control (Ship Intelligent Handle and Control, (SIHC) simulation research platform developed by our university by VC programming method. The DMI ship model is used to verify the early warning model of collision risk in port waters, and the collision early warning test of two ships and multiple ships in port waters is designed. This paper preliminarily discusses how to integrate the early warning model into IVTS (Intelligent VTS) to simulate the ship collision danger early warning. The function of intelligent display and automatic transmission of early warning information is preliminarily realized.
