夾層板脫層對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)特性的影響分析

【摘要】:聚氨酯彈性體鋼夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)(SPS)因其優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和可設(shè)計(jì)性,近年來(lái)在船舶制造等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文通過(guò)理論與數(shù)值仿真,研究了SPS夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)自由振動(dòng)以及脫層對(duì)振動(dòng)特性的影響。首先,對(duì)SPS夾層結(jié)構(gòu),提出一種等效模型,采用簡(jiǎn)化一階剪切變形理論,建立了夾層板橫向自由振動(dòng)控制方程,并結(jié)合邊界條件給出了SPS夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)頻率表達(dá)式。通過(guò)與文獻(xiàn)和數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了本模型與方法的有效性與準(zhǔn)確性?紤]結(jié)構(gòu)易脫層的特點(diǎn),研究了面/芯脫層對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)特性的影響,對(duì)比分析脫層范圍、脫層位置以及脫層形狀對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)低階頻率的影響,給出了各脫層參數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)低階振動(dòng)頻率的關(guān)系,為SPS結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Polyurethane elastomer steel sandwich plate structure (SPS) has been widely used in shipbuilding and other fields in recent years because of its excellent mechanical properties and designability. In this paper, the free vibration of SPS sandwich plate and the effect of delamination on the vibration characteristics are studied by theoretical and numerical simulation. Firstly, an equivalent model is proposed for SPS sandwich structure, and the governing equation of transverse free vibration of sandwich plate is established by using the simplified first-order shear deformation theory. The vibration frequency expression of SPS sandwich structure is given in combination with boundary conditions. The validity and accuracy of the model and the method are verified by comparing with the literature and numerical simulation results. Considering the characteristics of easy delamination, the influence of surface / core delamination on the vibration characteristics of the structure is studied, and the effects of delamination range, delamination position and delamination shape on the low-order frequency of the structure are compared and analyzed. The relationship between each delamination parameter and the low order vibration frequency of the structure is given, which provides guidance for the design and application of SPS structure.
