【摘要】：為降低雙層圓柱殼動(dòng)力艙結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)輻射噪聲,對(duì)雙層圓柱殼進(jìn)行了減振設(shè)計(jì)和模型試驗(yàn)研究�；诃h(huán)肋結(jié)構(gòu)增抗原理和模態(tài)振動(dòng)控制理論,提出了非均勻阻抗增強(qiáng)環(huán)肋結(jié)構(gòu)形式;為減小雙層殼間振動(dòng)波的傳遞,將阻振質(zhì)量和粘彈性?shī)A層引入到實(shí)肋板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,采用波動(dòng)理論分析了復(fù)合阻波特性。聯(lián)合應(yīng)用非均勻阻抗增強(qiáng)環(huán)肋和復(fù)合阻波肋板設(shè)計(jì)了一種雙層殼模型,并開(kāi)展了空氣中兩端簡(jiǎn)支和水下懸浮激振試驗(yàn);將設(shè)計(jì)模型測(cè)試結(jié)果和數(shù)值仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果與基準(zhǔn)模型進(jìn)行了分析比較。結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計(jì)模型較原結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)明顯減弱,具有較好的減振效果,驗(yàn)證了雙層殼結(jié)構(gòu)減振設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the vibration and radiation noise of the bilayer cylindrical shell, the vibration absorption design and model test were carried out. Based on the theory of ring rib reinforcement and modal vibration control, a non-uniform impedance enhanced ring rib structure is proposed. In order to reduce the transmission of vibration wave between two layers of shells, the vibration resistive mass and viscoelastic interlayer are introduced into the design of real ribbed plate structure. The wave theory is used to analyze the composite wave resistance characteristics. A double-layer shell model was designed by using non-uniform impedance reinforced ring rib and composite wave resistant rib plate, and the experiments of suspended vibration at both ends of air and underwater suspension were carried out. The test results of the design model and the numerical simulation results are analyzed and compared with the benchmark model. The results show that the design model is obviously weaker than that of the original structure and has a better damping effect. The effectiveness of the design of the double shell structure is verified.
