基于遺傳算法的船舶電纜布置優(yōu)化設計的研究

【摘要】:船舶電纜路徑布置的設計是船舶生產(chǎn)設計中一項非常重要的工作,但是目前,船舶電纜路徑的設計主要由人工憑借豐富的經(jīng)驗來完成,這樣不僅效率低下,而且費時又費力,這嚴重制約了船舶電氣設計的效率。如果能找到一種新方法解決這一項工作,就能夠節(jié)省大量的時間和費用,大大加快船舶電氣生產(chǎn)設計的進程。正是基于上述實際工程中存在的問題,本文提出了一種新的解決方法來實現(xiàn)船舶電纜的優(yōu)化布置。 本文在遺傳算法的基礎上,與實際工程中電纜鋪設存在的問題相結(jié)合,通過改進遺傳算法中的一些缺點,研究出了一種符合電纜優(yōu)化布置的新方法。這種新方法包含以下4部分:①在電纜路徑布局中進行編碼設計;②電纜路徑種群的初始化;③按照實際情況設計目標函數(shù)和適應度函數(shù);④改進相關(guān)的遺傳算子。之后通過實驗的仿真數(shù)據(jù),證明了新方法的提出對船舶電纜的優(yōu)化布置是有效的,能夠解決遺傳算法中的一些缺陷并得到較為理想的結(jié)論。 最后,根據(jù)以上的新方法,開發(fā)出一款簡單實用的電纜布置軟件,并且通過實例證明此軟件能夠在船舶電纜的布置中起到省時省力的效果,而且生成的結(jié)果也能滿足工程需要。
[Abstract]:The design of ship cable routing is a very important work in the ship production design, but at present, the design of ship cable routing is mainly accomplished by manpower with rich experience, which is not only inefficient, but also time-consuming and laborious. This seriously restricts the efficiency of ship electrical design. If a new method can be found to solve this task, it will save a lot of time and cost and speed up the process of ship electrical production design. Based on the problems in practical engineering, this paper presents a new method to realize the optimal arrangement of ship cables. On the basis of genetic algorithm, this paper combines with the problems existing in cable laying in practical engineering, and through improving some shortcomings of genetic algorithm, a new method which accords with the optimal arrangement of cables is developed. The new method consists of the following four parts: (1) coding design in cable path layout; (2) initialization of cable path population; (3) design of objective function and fitness function according to actual conditions; (4) improved genetic operator. Through the simulation data of the experiment, it is proved that the proposed new method is effective for the optimal arrangement of ship cables, and can solve some defects in genetic algorithm and obtain a more ideal conclusion. Finally, according to the above new method, a simple and practical cable arrangement software is developed, and it is proved by an example that the software can save time and effort in the arrangement of ship cable, and the result can also meet the need of engineering.
