集裝箱船設計中并行工程的應用研究

【摘要】:船舶工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。船舶產(chǎn)品的設計建造是一項不僅工程復雜,又涉及眾多學科、部門及人員的綜合性作業(yè)。而船舶設計充當船舶建造的信息來源,也是造船活動的第一道工序,不僅指導著生產(chǎn),更影響企業(yè)的運營。目前船舶設計仍舊是串行設計模式居多,船舶各個設計過程間還不能實現(xiàn)無縫鏈接。尤其是前期設計與生產(chǎn)設計割裂明顯,造成建模,設計和繪圖工作的多次重復,帶來大量的資源和成本浪費。最終導致造船周期長、生產(chǎn)效率低下,與國外先進船舶企業(yè)差距仍然較大。所以我們需要改進船舶的設計模式,使設計階段間的聯(lián)系更加緊密,在船舶設計的前期階段就充分地考慮后期階段所要遇到的問題,縮短船舶設計周期,提高船舶設計質量。基于此本文提出在船舶各個設計階段共建與繼承同一模型的并行設計方法,并重點圍繞該方法在集裝箱船設計中的應用展開了一系列的研究工作,希望為船舶企業(yè)的并行設計提供有價值的參考與借鑒。主要研究內容及成果包括:(1)論述并行工程的基礎理論,探討船舶設計工程分解的相關理論及應用,給出船舶設計的分解結構與流程。(2)探討現(xiàn)階段船舶各設計階段的內容,分析各設計階段的工作關系?偨Y船舶設計中存在的問題,剖析現(xiàn)階段船舶設計的并行現(xiàn)狀與并行需求。提出集裝箱船并行設計的解決方案。(3)開展對集裝箱船并行設計方法的研究。構建并行協(xié)同工作環(huán)境。提出并行設計集成開發(fā)團隊的構建方法,并建立其組織結構。探討產(chǎn)品信息交互方法。重點研究設計各階段在同一平臺開展工作的辦法,構建并行設計的流程。(4)對集裝箱船并行設計方案進行應用分析。詳細論述設計計劃的制定流程,給出并行計劃的實現(xiàn)過程,研究計劃后期的跟蹤反饋方法。通過對計劃的評估分析可知,此計劃可以達到縮短船舶設計周期,減少設計差錯的目的。可為后續(xù)同類型船舶的并行設計提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Ship industry is the pillar industry of national economy. The design and construction of ship products is not only a complex project, but also involves many disciplines, departments and personnel. As the information source of ship construction, ship design is the first process of shipbuilding, which not only guides production, but also affects the operation of enterprises. At present, the ship design is still the serial design pattern, the ship design process can not realize seamless link. Especially, the separation between pre-design and production design is obvious, which results in repeated work of modeling, design and drawing, and brings a lot of waste of resources and cost. As a result, shipbuilding cycle is long, production efficiency is low, and there is still a big gap with foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprises. Therefore, we need to improve the design pattern of ships and make the relationship between the design stages more closely. In the early stage of ship design, we should fully consider the problems encountered in the later stage, shorten the period of ship design, and improve the quality of ship design. Based on this, a concurrent design method of building and inheriting the same model in all stages of ship design is proposed, and a series of research work is carried out focusing on the application of this method in container ship design. The author hopes to provide valuable reference for concurrent design of shipbuilding enterprises. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) the basic theory of concurrent engineering is discussed, the related theory and application of ship design engineering decomposition are discussed, and the decomposition structure and process of ship design are given. (2) the contents of each stage of ship design are discussed. Analyze the working relationship of each design stage. This paper summarizes the existing problems in ship design and analyzes the present parallel status and requirements of ship design. The solution of container ship concurrent design is put forward. (3) the research of container ship concurrent design method is carried out. Build a parallel collaborative work environment. In this paper, a method of constructing integrated development team for concurrent design is presented, and its organization structure is established. The method of product information interaction is discussed. The method of working on the same platform in each stage of the design is studied, and the process of concurrent design is constructed. (4) the application analysis of the concurrent design scheme of container ship is carried out. The process of making design plan is discussed in detail, and the implementation process of parallel plan is given, and the method of tracking and feedback in the later stage of planning is studied. Through the evaluation and analysis of the plan, it can be concluded that the plan can shorten the ship design cycle and reduce the design errors. It can provide valuable reference for concurrent design of the same type ships.
