Maplnfo與S57矢量數(shù)據(jù)變換系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著全球社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,船舶運輸需求的不斷增大,船舶安全也成為了密切關(guān)注的焦點。在海上,基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電子海圖顯示與信息系統(tǒng)(ECDIS, Electronic Chart Display and Information System)和S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電子海圖(ENC, Electronic Navigation Chart)重要技術(shù)手段的輔助,船舶航行安全得到有效保障;在內(nèi)河,多數(shù)流域由于缺少電子航道圖,船舶依然長期依靠著船員經(jīng)驗和雷達信號定位,無法滿足現(xiàn)代航運的需求。為了保障內(nèi)河船舶的航行安全,提高船舶救助能力,本文基于經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)上的考慮,提出了一種MapInfo電子矢量數(shù)據(jù)變換為S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)以制作S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)河電子航道圖的方法,繼而將該電子航道圖加載到ECDIS或電子海圖系統(tǒng)(ECS, Electric Chart System)上,以提高內(nèi)河船舶導(dǎo)航能力。除此之外,一方面,拓展了ECDIS/ECS的應(yīng)用空間;另一方面,節(jié)省了制作內(nèi)河電子航道圖數(shù)據(jù)采集時間和構(gòu)建內(nèi)河電子航道圖信息顯示系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟開銷。在充分研究MapInfo電子矢量數(shù)據(jù)和S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從數(shù)據(jù)的空間幾何特性、特征描述信息和文件內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)三個方面對比分析了MapInfo矢量數(shù)據(jù)與S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)間的差異性和關(guān)聯(lián)性,并分別設(shè)計了兩種數(shù)據(jù)間的幾何結(jié)構(gòu)變換算法,特征信息匹配模型和文件結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)容映射模型;在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對于數(shù)據(jù)變換系統(tǒng)功能上的需求,本文總體上設(shè)計了六個功能模塊:主控模塊、人機交互模塊、參數(shù)配置模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)映射模塊和文件設(shè)計模塊,基于Linux操作系統(tǒng)上QT軟件開發(fā)平臺,應(yīng)用C++面向?qū)ο蟮木幊趟枷?詳細設(shè)計相應(yīng)的類和對象以實現(xiàn)了各個模塊的具體功能,完成了MapInfo矢量數(shù)據(jù)變換為S57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程;然后,以吉林省松花湖水域的數(shù)據(jù)變換為例,展示了該數(shù)據(jù)變換系統(tǒng)的操作流程和數(shù)據(jù)變換后的電子航道圖的應(yīng)用效果,并對比分析了本課題研究的價值和實用效果;最后,對本文進行了總結(jié)。本論文的研究內(nèi)容是導(dǎo)航研究所承擔(dān)的國家支撐計劃課題‘'AIS/GNSS船載導(dǎo)航設(shè)備關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)研制”(2012BAH36B02)研究內(nèi)容的一部分。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economy and the increasing demand of ship transportation, ship safety has become the focus of close attention. At sea, the safety of ship navigation is effectively guaranteed by the important technical means of ECDIS (Electronic Chart display and Information system) and S57 (Electronic Navigation Chart). Due to the lack of electronic waterway maps in most watersheds, ships still depend on crew experience and radar signal positioning for a long time, so they can not meet the needs of modern shipping. In order to ensure the navigation safety of inland water vessels and improve the ship salvage ability, a method of converting MapInfo electronic vector data to S57 standard data to make S57 standard inland river electronic channel map is proposed in this paper, based on economic and technical considerations. Then, the electronic channel chart is loaded into ECDIS or ECS (Electric Chart system) to improve the navigation ability of inland ships. In addition, on the one hand, it expands the application space of ECDIS / ECS, on the other hand, it saves the time of data acquisition and the economic expense of constructing the information display system of inland river electronic waterway map. Based on the full study of MapInfo electronic vector data and S57 standard data structure and content, the spatial geometric characteristics of the data are discussed in this paper. The differences and correlations between MapInfo vector data and S57 standard data are compared and analyzed in three aspects of feature description information and file content structure, and the geometric structure transformation algorithms between two kinds of data are designed respectively. Feature information matching model and file structure content mapping model. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper designs six functional modules: main control module, human-computer interaction module, and according to the functional requirements of the data transformation system, the paper designs six functional modules: the main control module, the human-computer interaction module, the main control module and the human-computer interaction module. Parameter configuration module, data processing module, data mapping module and file design module, QT software development platform based on Linux operating system, using C object oriented programming thought, The corresponding classes and objects are designed in detail to realize the specific functions of each module, and the system development process of converting MapInfo vector data into S57 standard data is completed, and then, taking the data transformation of Songhua Lake in Jilin Province as an example, The operation flow of the data transformation system and the application effect of the electronic waterway map after the data transformation are shown, and the value and practical effect of the research are compared and analyzed. Finally, the paper is summarized. The research content of this thesis is a part of the research on the key technology and system development of AIS / GNSS shipborne navigation equipment (2012BAH36B02).
