【摘要】:隨著對海洋工業(yè)的開發(fā),對于船體材料的研究成為目前的重要研究方向。船板用結構鋼作為船體的重要組成材料,決定著船舶實際應用過程中的安全性和可靠性。船板結構鋼的組成元素不僅決定著船板結構鋼的性能,也決定著其冶煉工藝。對其化學元素進行研究能夠從微觀級別改進船板結構鋼的組成,從而獲得具有較好韌性、塑性、耐腐蝕性等優(yōu)良特點的船板結構鋼。本文研究磷含量對船板結構鋼性能的影響,并對不同磷含量下的船板結構鋼進行抗拉強度、塑性和韌性測試,并對結果進行記錄分析,證實磷含量對于船板結構鋼性能的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of marine industry, the research of ship material has become an important research direction. Structural steel is used as an important material of ship hull, which determines the safety and reliability of ship in practical application. The composition of shipboard structural steel not only determines the properties of shipboard structural steel, but also determines its smelting process. The study of its chemical elements can improve the composition of shipboard structural steel from the microscopic level, and obtain the shipboard structural steel with good toughness, plasticity, corrosion resistance and so on. In this paper, the effect of phosphorus content on the properties of shipboard structural steel is studied, and the tensile strength, plasticity and toughness of shipboard structural steel with different phosphorus content are tested, and the results are recorded and analyzed to confirm the effect of phosphorus content on the properties of shipboard structural steel.
