一種新型鋁合金的制備及其水反應(yīng)性能研究

【摘要】:為解決現(xiàn)有水沖壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)困難、金屬燃料難于儲(chǔ)存等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)熔煉法制備一種新型鋁銦鎂三相合金。運(yùn)用水反應(yīng)測(cè)試裝置、高壓熱分析天平、金相顯微鏡等測(cè)試手段,分析合金常溫及高溫下的水反應(yīng)性能、表面形貌和活化機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:該鋁合金具有良好的儲(chǔ)藏性能,在常溫下單位質(zhì)量的合金與水反應(yīng)的產(chǎn)氫量?jī)H為0.029 m L/mg;高溫下鋁合金與水蒸氣反應(yīng)分為4個(gè)階段,在450℃前完成低溫區(qū)反應(yīng),啟動(dòng)迅速。該合金能夠代替現(xiàn)有普通鋁粉和納米鋁粉,作為水沖壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主燃料使用。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of starting up water ramjet and the difficulty of storing metal fuel, a new aluminum indium magnesium three-phase alloy was prepared by melting method. The water reaction performance, surface morphology and activation mechanism of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature were analyzed by means of water reaction test device, high pressure thermal analysis balance and metallographic microscope. The results show that the aluminum alloy has good storage performance, the hydrogen yield of the reaction between the alloy and water is only 0.029 mL / mg at room temperature, the reaction between aluminum alloy and water vapor at high temperature is divided into four stages, and the reaction at low temperature is completed before 450 鈩,
