【摘要】:航標(biāo)船在航標(biāo)投放作業(yè)中,關(guān)鍵是航標(biāo)錨鏈上船后的處理工作。原立式絞盤在錨鏈?zhǔn)战g過程中,極易造成錨鏈之間的擠壓亂纏,需要人工撬杠配合才能使錨鏈完成絞收工作;錨鏈釋放過程中,仍需人工配合,才能使錨鏈順利從立式絞盤上分離開來;這種作業(yè)方式中工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度較大,操作危險(xiǎn)性較高,作業(yè)人員安全得不到保證;對(duì)船舶自身作業(yè)人員數(shù)量需求較多,不利于船舶實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化。 本論文提出液壓油缸排鏈絞車的設(shè)計(jì)思路:該新型絞車采用臥式卷筒、液壓油缸排鏈機(jī)構(gòu),安裝在船舶甲板軸線的適當(dāng)位置上,其主體卷筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)功能由液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)減速機(jī)、帶動(dòng)一開式齒輪副運(yùn)行完成;同時(shí)排鏈液壓油缸推動(dòng)一擺臂結(jié)構(gòu)在一定角度范圍內(nèi)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),帶動(dòng)其上的轉(zhuǎn)盤引導(dǎo)錨鏈整齊纏繞在卷筒上或均勻地從卷筒上釋放出來,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)排鏈,使得生產(chǎn)效率大大提高。 本文圍繞液壓油缸排鏈絞車的設(shè)計(jì),主要進(jìn)行了以下工作: 1.通過對(duì)船舶功用的分析,,確定了200KN油缸排鏈液壓絞車的總體布局。 2.在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)中,通過詳細(xì)的分析計(jì)算確認(rèn)了卷筒組件、棘輪機(jī)構(gòu)、排鏈機(jī)構(gòu)型式;建立絞車機(jī)體結(jié)構(gòu)的模型,并采用有限元分析軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了仿真校核。 3.按照液壓絞車的傳動(dòng)路線,對(duì)液壓馬達(dá)、減速機(jī)、齒輪副大小齒輪、主軸的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 4.在液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中通過對(duì)液壓馬達(dá)、液壓油缸的選型,推算出動(dòng)力源部分電機(jī)和柱塞泵的選型,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的液壓回路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 5.控制系統(tǒng)是最終實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓油缸排鏈與卷筒旋轉(zhuǎn)同步的保證。通過齒輪齒數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)測和排鏈油缸的位移的控制,通過PLC程序進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)控制,達(dá)到最終的同步要求。
[Abstract]:The key is the handling of the Anchorage chain during the operation. The original vertical winch is easy to cause the compression and tangling between the anchor chains in the course of the chain winding, so it needs the coordination of the manual crowbar to make the chain complete the winch work, and in the course of the chain release, it still needs the manual cooperation. In order to separate the anchor chain smoothly from the vertical winch, the workers in this work mode have higher labor intensity, higher operational risk, and the safety of the operators can not be guaranteed; there is more demand for the number of the ship's own operators. It is not conducive to the automation of ships. In this paper, the design idea of hydraulic oil cylinder chain winch is put forward: the new type winch adopts horizontal reel, hydraulic cylinder chain mechanism, installed on the proper position of ship deck axis, and the rotation function of the main reel is driven by hydraulic motor. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder of the chain pushes the swinging arm structure to move back and forth within a certain range of angles, driving the turntable on it to guide the anchor chain to be neatly wound around the reel or released from the reel uniformly. The automatic chain arrangement is realized, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. This paper focuses on the design of hydraulic cylinder chain winch, mainly carried out the following work: 1. By analyzing the function of the ship, the overall layout of the 200KN hydraulic winch is determined. 2. In the design of mechanical structure, the types of reel assembly, ratchet mechanism and chain arrangement mechanism are confirmed through detailed analysis and calculation, and the model of winch body structure is established, and the model is simulated and checked by finite element analysis software. 3. According to the transmission route of hydraulic winch, the parameters of hydraulic motor, reducer, gear pair size gear and spindle are designed. 4. Through the selection of hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder in the design of hydraulic system, the selection of motor and piston pump of power source is calculated, and the hydraulic circuit of the system is designed. 5. The control system is the guarantee to realize the synchronous rotation of hydraulic cylinder chain and reel. Through the accurate measurement of gear tooth number and the control of displacement of chain oil cylinder, the dynamic control is carried out by PLC program, and the final synchronous requirement is achieved.
