FPSO的直升機(jī)平臺設(shè)計(jì)及建造研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,社會對油氣資源需求越來越大。目前,陸地和淺海區(qū)域的油田勘探開發(fā)的高峰期已過,而深水區(qū)域油田的勘探開發(fā),正進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展期。為了適應(yīng)不同的海洋油氣田、不同的海域條件使用的開發(fā)裝備,海洋工程業(yè)界已發(fā)展了種類繁多的海洋油氣開發(fā)裝備,直升機(jī)平臺作為各類海工裝置上不可缺少的重要結(jié)構(gòu),作為日常運(yùn)輸或緊急救助的重要通道,各相關(guān)規(guī)定都有明確的要求,,保證其有足夠的安全性,保證直升飛機(jī)降落。 相比其他石油生產(chǎn)平臺,浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸裝置(FPSO)具備較強(qiáng)的抗風(fēng)浪能力、儲卸油能力大、適應(yīng)水深范圍廣、可轉(zhuǎn)移和重復(fù)使用的特點(diǎn)。目前,國內(nèi)FPSO船型和要用于淺水500米以下的近海區(qū),噸位和生產(chǎn)能力較小,而國外FPSO已向大型化(30萬噸)、作業(yè)水深(2000米以上)不斷加深方面發(fā)展;同時(shí),出于成本和建造周期的考慮,由油輪改造FPSO占多數(shù)。相對而言,現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)FPSO的技術(shù)發(fā)展與國外有較大的差距。 本研究是分析大型FPSO的直升機(jī)平臺布置及結(jié)構(gòu)形式特點(diǎn);同時(shí),對比各國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各級社規(guī)范要求,運(yùn)用有限元軟件對直升機(jī)平臺結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,保證結(jié)構(gòu)滿足各規(guī)范要求;研究直升機(jī)平臺生產(chǎn)建造工藝技術(shù),優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程,保證建造質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the society needs more and more oil and gas resources. At present, the peak period of exploration and development in land and shallow water areas has passed, while the exploration and development of deep water regional oilfields is entering a period of rapid development. In order to adapt to the development equipment used in different offshore oil and gas fields and different sea area conditions, the marine engineering industry has developed a wide variety of offshore oil and gas development equipment. Helicopter platform is an indispensable and important structure in various marine engineering installations. As an important passage of daily transportation or emergency rescue, all relevant regulations have clear requirements to ensure its sufficient safety and helicopter landing. Compared with other oil production platforms, FPSO (floating production storage and unloading plant) has the characteristics of strong wind and wave resistance, large oil storage and unloading capacity, wide range of water depth, transferability and reuse. At present, the tonnage and production capacity of domestic FPSO ships and offshore areas which are to be used in shallow water below 500m are relatively small, while the overseas FPSO has been developed to a large scale (300000 tons, the operating depth of which is more than 2000m), and at the same time, In view of the cost and construction cycle, FPSO is the majority of oil tankers. Relatively speaking, there is a big gap between domestic FPSO technology development and foreign countries. This study is to analyze the helicopter platform layout and structural characteristics of large FPSO, and at the same time, compare the requirements of the relevant standards at home and abroad, and use the finite element software to optimize the helicopter platform structure. To ensure that the structure meets the requirements of the specifications; to study the helicopter platform production and construction technology, optimize the production process, to ensure the quality of construction.
