極地冰級對船體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的影響研究

【摘要】:對意欲航行于極地冰凍水域的船舶,IACS(國際船級社協(xié)會)發(fā)布了Polar Class(極地冰級)的統(tǒng)一要求規(guī)范。IACS極地冰級規(guī)范實際上包括三部分內(nèi)容:極地冰級描述和應(yīng)用、極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)要求和極地冰級船舶輪機要求。本文研究目的是通過研究IACS極地冰級規(guī)范中關(guān)于極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,掌握極地冰級規(guī)范對船體結(jié)構(gòu)加強的要求,研發(fā)出IACS極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)強度規(guī)范計算軟件;同時初步研究IACS極地冰級規(guī)范對一型散貨船船體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的影響,掌握IACS極地冰級規(guī)范中有關(guān)的船體結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范設(shè)計應(yīng)用技術(shù)。本文主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下:(1)研究IACS極地冰級規(guī)范中關(guān)于極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)要求,主要研究極地冰級規(guī)范對船體結(jié)構(gòu)要求的原理和背景等。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)極地冰級船舶在冰區(qū)航行的中垂總彎矩的最大值會向艏前移,同時總剪力最大值也向首部前移。(2)從工程應(yīng)用的角度,研發(fā)出IACS極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范校核軟件。此軟件實現(xiàn)了如下七項功能:極地冰級船舶艏部和非艏部的冰載計算功能;型材庫功能,可自動校核型材是否滿足冰級的穩(wěn)定性要求;型材實際凈有效剪切面積和凈有效塑性剖面模數(shù)計算功能;極地冰級船舶外板和骨材的冰級校核功能;主要支撐構(gòu)件的冰載計算和穩(wěn)定性校核功能;極地冰級總縱強度要求的計算功能;極地冰級計算報告輸出功能。(3)應(yīng)用自主研發(fā)的極地冰級船舶船體結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范計算軟件,研究PC7極地冰級對一型8萬噸散貨船船體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)常規(guī)商船如滿足極地冰級規(guī)范的船體加強要求而不考慮結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計時,直接滿足IACS極地冰級規(guī)范要求的船體加強結(jié)構(gòu)重量增加較多。例如對于一型8萬噸級散貨實船就可能會導(dǎo)致船體結(jié)構(gòu)重量增加超過10%。同時也驗證了滿足PC7極地冰級的船舶基本可以滿足IA冰級的要求,但反過來,滿足IA冰級要求的船體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是不滿足PC7極地冰級要求的。
[Abstract]:For ships intending to sail in polar frozen waters, the IACS issued the uniform requirements for Polar Class.IACS Polar Ice Class Specification actually includes three parts: polar ice level description and application. Polar ice class ship hull structure requirements and polar ice class ship turbine requirements. The purpose of this paper is to study the requirements of polar ice class ship hull structure in IACS Polar Ice Class Code, master the requirements of polar ice class specification for hull structure strengthening, and develop the IACS Arctic Ice Class ship Hull strength Code calculation software. At the same time, the influence of IACS polar ice level code on the hull structure design of a type of bulk carrier is preliminarily studied, and the design and application technology of the hull structure code related to the IACS polar ice level code is grasped. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) the requirements of polar ice class ship hull structure in IACS polar ice class code are studied, and the principle and background of polar ice class specification for hull structure requirements are studied. It is found that the maximum vertical moment of polar ice class ships navigating in the ice area will move forward to the bow, and the maximum value of the total shear force will also move forward to the head. 2) from the point of view of engineering application, The software of IACS polar ice class ship hull structure standard checking is developed. The software realizes the following seven functions: the ice load calculation function of polar ice class ship bow and non-bow, the function of profile library, the automatic checking of whether the profile meets the requirements of ice class stability; The actual net effective shear area and the net effective plastic profile modulus calculation function; the ice level checking function of polar ice class ship outer plate and bone; the ice load calculation and stability checking function of main supporting member; The function of calculating the total longitudinal strength of polar ice level and the output function of polar ice level calculation report. 3) the influence of PC7 polar ice level on the hull structure of a 80000 ton bulk carrier is studied by using the software developed by ourselves for calculating the hull structure of polar ice class ships. It is found that when conventional merchant ships meet the hull strengthening requirements of polar ice level code without consideration of structural optimization design, the weight of hull stiffening structures that directly meet the requirements of IACS polar ice level code increases more. For example, for a type of 80,000-ton bulk cargo ship, the weight of the hull structure may increase by more than 10. At the same time, it is verified that ships meeting the PC7 polar ice level can basically meet the requirements of IA ice class, but in turn, the hull structure design that meets the IA ice level requirement is not satisfied with the PC7 polar ice level requirement.
