應(yīng)用于公務(wù)船武備控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析儀研究

【摘要】:數(shù)據(jù)分析儀在武備控制系統(tǒng)中起著重要作用,可通過該分析儀獲取系統(tǒng)各設(shè)備在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的通訊信息,從而進(jìn)行設(shè)備狀態(tài)診斷;并且在武備控制系統(tǒng)交付階段,依照需求設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),測(cè)試各分系統(tǒng)乃至全系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo),輔助驗(yàn)收人員進(jìn)行指標(biāo)驗(yàn)收;從而有效地提高系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)、系泊航行以及售后服務(wù)的效率。由于武備控制系統(tǒng)缺乏數(shù)據(jù)分析設(shè)備,操作人員無法在線監(jiān)控各個(gè)分系統(tǒng)間的通訊狀態(tài)、控制時(shí)序。鑒于上述需求,本文基于.NET3.5框架,使用C#編程語言,SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫,以加固型便攜式工控計(jì)算機(jī)為硬件主體,綜合了三層架構(gòu)和客戶端/服務(wù)器模型,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)出能夠運(yùn)行在Window系統(tǒng)上的武備控制系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析儀設(shè)備。在數(shù)據(jù)訪問層進(jìn)行訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫、數(shù)據(jù)解析、統(tǒng)計(jì)等,為上層提供數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù);在業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層,提取DAL層數(shù)據(jù)組建數(shù)據(jù)表格,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳遞;在顯示層,本文完成主界面、導(dǎo)入數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)回放界面設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)入TXT數(shù)據(jù)至數(shù)據(jù)庫、數(shù)據(jù)解析、顯示數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表、曲線分析、數(shù)據(jù)錄取回放、故障診斷與定位、性能指標(biāo)檢測(cè)功能。通過上述三層構(gòu)架的設(shè)計(jì),為系統(tǒng)在系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)、交驗(yàn)、靶場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)、售后服務(wù)過程中提供技術(shù)保障,縮短各個(gè)階段的時(shí)間。有效的數(shù)據(jù)分析和準(zhǔn)確的故障診斷是保證武備控制系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)作的前提。本文通過數(shù)據(jù)分析儀的設(shè)計(jì)研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了武備控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能。通過該分析儀,可有效的分析系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)文,快速診斷出故障位置、原因,并給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。從而提高了系統(tǒng)的工作效率。調(diào)試結(jié)果顯示成功完成預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The data analyzer plays an important role in the control system of Wubei, through which the communication information of each equipment on the network can be obtained, and the status of the equipment can be diagnosed, and the state of the equipment can be diagnosed in the phase of delivery of the control system of Wubei. According to the demand design test, the performance indexes of each subsystem and even the whole system are tested, and the acceptance personnel are assisted to carry out the index acceptance so as to effectively improve the efficiency of system connection adjustment, mooring navigation and after-sales service. Due to the lack of data analysis equipment in Wubei control system, operators can not monitor the communication status of each subsystem online and control the timing. In view of the above requirements, based on the framework of .NET3.5, this paper uses C # programming language SQLite database, takes the reinforced portable industrial control computer as the main hardware, integrates the three-tier architecture and the client / server model. The data analyzer equipment of Wubei control system which can run on Window system is designed and developed. In the data access layer to access the database, data analysis, statistics and so on, to provide data services for the upper layer; in the business logic layer, extract DAL layer data to build data tables, for data transfer; in the display layer, this paper completes the main interface, The interface design of import data and data playback realizes the function of importing TXT data to database, analyzing data, displaying data statistic chart, curve analysis, data recording and playback, fault diagnosis and location, and performance index detection. Through the design of the three layers above, the system can provide technical support and shorten the time of each stage in the process of system connection, inspection, range test and after-sales service. Effective data analysis and accurate fault diagnosis are the prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the weapon control system. In this paper, the data analysis function of Wubei control system is realized through the design and research of data analyzer. Through this analyzer, the system data message can be effectively analyzed, the fault location and reason can be quickly diagnosed, and the corresponding solution is given. Thus, the working efficiency of the system is improved. Debugging results show that the desired goal has been successfully achieved.
