消防船機(jī)艙優(yōu)化布置的可視化研究

【摘要】:近年來我國海岸線上的貨物吞吐量不斷增加,火災(zāi)的隱患也在不斷增大,萬一發(fā)生事故,將會(huì)帶來嚴(yán)重的損失。大型消防船可以有效阻止海岸線火災(zāi)的蔓延,同時(shí)還可兼有淺水區(qū)災(zāi)難的救助、海灘搜救工作等。基于消防船需求的增加,各級(jí)政府對(duì)于消防船的設(shè)計(jì)工作提供了大力的支持。 由于消防船的工作需要,其自身必須滿足消防能力高、快速性、回轉(zhuǎn)性好等性能特點(diǎn),所以對(duì)機(jī)艙設(shè)備的選型要求較高,與此同時(shí)機(jī)艙布置的合理性也顯得尤為重要,這將關(guān)系到船舶的使用和經(jīng)濟(jì)性能,對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)者來說,優(yōu)化消防船機(jī)艙內(nèi)的設(shè)備布置是十分重要的。加之二維圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)存在一定的局限性,本文以“大消一號(hào)”船為例,利用CATIA對(duì)相關(guān)研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行三維快速建模,然后對(duì)機(jī)艙內(nèi)設(shè)備的位置進(jìn)行初步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。 本論文所做主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)充分查閱相關(guān)的規(guī)范及資料,從不同的角度整理總結(jié)出船舶機(jī)艙內(nèi)主要設(shè)備的相關(guān)布置原則。 (2)討論如何快速的從AUTOCAD船體型線中提取型值點(diǎn)信息并將其導(dǎo)入CATIA中的方法,通過對(duì)幾種方案的介紹、比較之后,選擇對(duì)AUTOCAD型線的二次開發(fā)提取數(shù)據(jù)并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)船體外殼在CATIA三維環(huán)境中的迅速建立。 (3)船舶部分結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)備的參數(shù)化建模工作,利用CATIA的設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)結(jié)合知識(shí)工程的相關(guān)技術(shù),通過公式編輯器設(shè)置參數(shù),完成船體的上層建筑簡化模型以及機(jī)艙內(nèi)主要設(shè)備簡化模型的建立。 (4)建立“大消一號(hào)”機(jī)艙布置優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,然后通過綜合遺傳算法的求解結(jié)果與相關(guān)的布置原則初步完成“大消一號(hào)”船機(jī)艙內(nèi)主要設(shè)備的位置設(shè)計(jì),并利用CATIA的裝配模塊將其放置在三維模型中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cargo throughput on the coastline of our country has been increasing, and the hidden danger of fire is also increasing. In case of accident, it will bring serious losses. Large fire boats can effectively prevent the spread of shoreline fires, but also shallow water disaster relief, beach search and rescue work. Based on the increasing demand for fire fighting ships, governments at all levels provide strong support for the design of fire fighting ships. Because of the need of fire fighting ship, it must meet the characteristics of high fire fighting ability, high speed and good rotation, so the selection of engine room equipment is very high, and the rationality of engine room layout is also very important. This will affect the use and economic performance of the ship, and it is very important for the designers to optimize the equipment arrangement in the engine room of the fire fighting ship. In addition, there are some limitations in the design of two-dimensional drawings. This paper takes Daxiao-No.1 ship as an example, uses CATIA to model the relevant research contents quickly, and then optimizes the position of the equipment in the engine room. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Referring to the relevant codes and materials, the related layout principles of the main equipment in the ship's engine room are summed up from different angles. This paper discusses how to quickly extract the information of type value points from the body line of AUTOCAD ships and import them into CATIA. After introducing several schemes, the paper compares them with each other. The secondary development of the AUTOCAD line is selected to extract the data and finally realize the rapid establishment of the hull shell in the CATIA 3D environment. (3) Parametric modeling of ship's partial structure and equipment, using CATIA design platform and knowledge engineering technology, setting parameters through formula editor, The simplified model of hull superstructure and the simplified model of main equipment in engine room are established. The mathematical model of the layout optimization of "Daxiao No.1" engine room is established, and the position design of the main equipment in the engine room of Daxiao No.1 ship is preliminarily completed by solving the result of comprehensive genetic algorithm and the relevant layout principle. The assembly module of CATIA is used to put it in three-dimensional model.
