【摘要】：載體姿態(tài)的測(cè)量，可為導(dǎo)航或控制系統(tǒng)提供有效的信息。隨著MEMS技術(shù)的日益成熟，由微慣性傳感器組成的姿態(tài)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)逐漸受到人們的青睞。該型測(cè)量系統(tǒng)集成度高，體積小，功耗低，具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文在綜合了現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)條件基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)某產(chǎn)品水下運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，制定了相應(yīng)的測(cè)量方案。本文設(shè)計(jì)的姿態(tài)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)主要由MTI、大量程三軸加速度計(jì)和壓力傳感器組成。MTI是由三軸加速度計(jì)、三軸陀螺儀和三軸磁強(qiáng)計(jì)組成的，它全程測(cè)量了產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)動(dòng)姿態(tài)。大量程三軸加速度計(jì)主要是測(cè)產(chǎn)品入水及其分離時(shí)刻的加速度值，這是因?yàn)镸TI內(nèi)置加速度計(jì)量程達(dá)不到此刻的測(cè)量要求。沖擊加速度加上MTI輸出的角速度和磁強(qiáng)信息經(jīng)過解算就能得到產(chǎn)品入水和分離時(shí)的姿態(tài)角。壓力傳感器主要是用來測(cè)量水深的，這樣就能知道產(chǎn)品在任意深度的姿態(tài)角。 硬件設(shè)計(jì)方面主要包括了MTI的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)模塊和加速度、壓力的采集存儲(chǔ)傳輸模塊。MTI輸出的數(shù)字量通過RS232總線直接寫進(jìn)由單片機(jī)控制的SD卡中；加速度計(jì)和壓力傳感器輸出的模擬量需通過AD7606轉(zhuǎn)換，然后存儲(chǔ)在Flash芯片K9WBG08U1M中，最后經(jīng)過USB芯片CY7C68013A傳至上位機(jī)。其中A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、Flash存儲(chǔ)和USB傳輸模塊都是由FPGA芯片EP2C8Q208C8N控制的。軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面則是針對(duì)硬件模塊進(jìn)行相關(guān)的程序編寫、邏輯設(shè)計(jì)。 最后，，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)在地面進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該測(cè)量系統(tǒng)能夠完成對(duì)載體姿態(tài)角的測(cè)量存儲(chǔ)等功能。
[Abstract]:Carrier attitude measurement can provide effective information for navigation or control system.With the maturity of MEMS technology, the attitude measurement system composed of micro inertial sensors has gradually been favored by people.This type of measurement system has high integration, small volume and low power consumption, and has a broad application prospect.Based on the existing technical conditions and the characteristics of underwater motion of a certain product, a corresponding measurement scheme is developed in this paper.The attitude measurement system designed in this paper is mainly composed of MTI, a large number of range triaxial accelerometers and pressure sensors. MTI is composed of three axis accelerometers, three axis gyroscopes and three axis magnetometers.A large range of triaxial accelerometers are mainly used to measure the acceleration of the product at the time of water entry and separation, which is due to the fact that the range of MTI built-in accelerometers does not meet the current measurement requirements.After calculating the angular velocity and magnetic intensity information of the MTI, the attitude angle of the product can be obtained when the product enters water and separates.The pressure sensor is mainly used to measure the depth of water, so that you can know the attitude angle of the product at any depth.The hardware design mainly includes the data storage module and acceleration of MTI. The digital output of the pressure acquisition storage and transmission module is written directly into the SD card controlled by single chip through RS232 bus.The analog output of accelerometer and pressure sensor needs to be converted by AD7606, then stored in Flash chip K9WBG08U1M, and finally transmitted to the host computer via USB chip CY7C68013A.The A / D converter flash storage and USB transmission module are controlled by FPGA chip EP2C8Q208C8N.Software design is related to the hardware module programming, logic design.Finally, the whole system is tested on the ground. The experimental results show that the system can realize the function of measuring and storing the attitude angle of the carrier.
