【摘要】：我國(guó)作為國(guó)際海事組織IMO其中的一員,必須履行STCW78/95公約。STCW78/95公約中明確規(guī)定輪機(jī)員必須經(jīng)過輪機(jī)仿真模擬器的訓(xùn)練,船舶電站模擬器是輪機(jī)模擬器的一個(gè)重要的組成部分,對(duì)培養(yǎng)船舶電氣和輪機(jī)管理人才來說它是一個(gè)必不可少的重要訓(xùn)練設(shè)備。本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外輪機(jī)模擬器的發(fā)展過程,及各自的特點(diǎn)。在查閱大量的相關(guān)資料和對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外模擬器進(jìn)行研究,并分析了船舶電站的特點(diǎn)和教學(xué)應(yīng)具備的功能后,確立了模擬器的控制方式和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。本模擬器是以第五代集裝箱船5600TEU作為母型船,該母型的船船舶電站具有先進(jìn)的控制系統(tǒng),因此我們研制的船舶電站模擬器是以該母型船電站作為基本仿真對(duì)象,它含有三個(gè)發(fā)電機(jī)組屏和一個(gè)軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)組屏,整個(gè)模擬器真實(shí)再現(xiàn)了實(shí)船電站的全部功能。在船舶電站故障模擬方面我們考慮設(shè)置故障的原則:一是根據(jù)船舶電站應(yīng)有保護(hù)功能,即可以仿真出一些船舶電站保護(hù)功能之內(nèi)的故障。二是根據(jù)船舶電站運(yùn)行時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)的故障和教學(xué)需要來設(shè)置故障的。整個(gè)模擬器具有強(qiáng)大的功能,并取得很好的教學(xué)效果。在選擇控制方式方面,經(jīng)認(rèn)真的分析后我們認(rèn)為應(yīng)采用PLC對(duì)模擬器進(jìn)行控制較合適。PLC控制具有工作速度快、工作穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn),況且PLC作為一個(gè)新技術(shù)和新設(shè)備已大量運(yùn)用到船舶各系統(tǒng)的控制,因此非常適合對(duì)模擬器進(jìn)行控制。本模擬器選用的PLC是浙江中控GCS-1系列的產(chǎn)品。PLC在本模擬器系統(tǒng)中是作為下位機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)具體的控制任務(wù)。上位機(jī)是使用了PIMS組態(tài)軟件建立人機(jī)友好界面提供狀態(tài)顯示及報(bào)警記錄等功能。在模擬器建設(shè)完畢后對(duì)模擬器進(jìn)行總體調(diào)試的工作。
[Abstract]:As a member of the IMO of the International Maritime Organization, China must fulfill the requirements of the STCW78/95 Convention. STCW 78 / 95 convention that engineers must undergo the training of marine engine simulator. The ship power station simulator is an important part of the engine simulator.It is an essential training equipment for the training of marine electrical and marine engineering management personnel.This paper first introduces the development process and characteristics of marine simulator at home and abroad.After consulting a large number of relevant materials and studying the simulators at home and abroad, and analyzing the characteristics and teaching functions of marine power stations, the control mode and implementation method of the simulator are established.This simulator is based on the 5600TEU of the fifth generation container ship, the master ship power station has advanced control system, so the ship power station simulator developed by us takes the master ship power station as the basic simulation object.It contains three generator panels and one shaft-belt generator panel, and the whole simulator truly reproduces the full functions of the ship power station.In the aspect of fault simulation of ship power station, we consider the principle of setting fault: first, according to the protection function of ship power station, we can simulate some faults within the protection function of ship power station.The second is to set up the faults according to the possible faults and teaching needs in the operation of marine power stations.The whole simulator has powerful function and good teaching effect.In the aspect of choosing control mode, after careful analysis, we think that it is more suitable to use PLC to control the simulator, which has the characteristics of fast working speed, good working stability, and so on.Moreover, as a new technology and equipment, PLC has been widely used in the control of ship systems, so it is very suitable to control the simulator.The PLC selected by this simulator is the product of Zhejiang Central Control GCS-1 series. In this simulator system, it is used as a lower computer to realize the specific control task.The upper computer uses PIMS configuration software to set up man-machine friendly interface to provide state display and alarm record.After the simulator is completed, the overall debugging of the simulator is carried out.
