【摘要】:在響應(yīng)面隨機(jī)有限元法和結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論的基礎(chǔ)上,利用有限元軟件Ansys建立某型艦船開口結(jié)構(gòu)的梁板模型,采用改進(jìn)的一次二階矩法與分枝限界法、概率網(wǎng)絡(luò)評估技術(shù)分析了開口結(jié)構(gòu)在組合載荷作用下的可靠性。以結(jié)構(gòu)的最危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力為輸出變量,通過敏度分析忽略最大應(yīng)力不敏感的變量擬和響應(yīng)面方程。利用隨機(jī)有限元和CAE軟件結(jié)合開展結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的可靠性研究,避免了大型結(jié)構(gòu)尋找失效模式的困難,使可靠性分析的效率得到極大提高。
[Abstract]:Based on the response surface of stochastic finite element method and the reliability theory, establish the model of beam slab opening structure of a ship by using finite element software Ansys, using a modified two order moment method and branch and bound method, probabilistic network evaluation technique of opening structure under the action of load bearing reliability in the portfolio. The danger point stress as the output variable, through sensitivity analysis ignores the maximum stress sensitive variables and pseudo response surface equation. Combining with the research of reliability on the structure of the system by using stochastic finite element method and CAE software, to avoid the large structure for the failure mode is difficult, which makes the reliability analysis efficiency is improved greatly.
