雙調(diào)距槳雙舵船舶操縱運(yùn)動建模與仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著船舶設(shè)計和推進(jìn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代水面艦船推進(jìn)器越來越多地采用雙調(diào)距槳雙舵推進(jìn),對于該類艦船的操縱和推進(jìn)性能研究是具有理論和實(shí)用意義的重要問題。本文研究了雙調(diào)距槳雙舵艦船操縱運(yùn)動模型的建立和操縱性能優(yōu)化問題,應(yīng)用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了雙調(diào)距槳船舶運(yùn)動的虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)仿真,直觀地展現(xiàn)了所建立的艦船模型的操縱運(yùn)動性能。本文完成的主要研究工作如下:(1)本文根據(jù)某算例船型數(shù)據(jù)建立了雙調(diào)距槳雙舵船舶的MMG操縱運(yùn)動模型,分別建立了作用于裸船體、槳和舵上的流體動力和力矩數(shù)學(xué)模型,用所建的模型進(jìn)行了操縱性能仿真試驗。(2)在所建模型的基礎(chǔ)上,利用粒子群優(yōu)化算法對雙調(diào)距槳船舶操縱性能和推進(jìn)器負(fù)荷進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,旨在改善船舶的旋回性能和調(diào)距裝置的可靠性,論文具體分析了船舶作旋回運(yùn)動時旋回圈特性參數(shù)值和內(nèi)外槳負(fù)荷值的變化。(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)了雙調(diào)距槳船舶運(yùn)動和推進(jìn)器傳動機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)字仿真和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)仿真,數(shù)字仿真部分利用Matlab/Simulink計算船舶運(yùn)動模型的信息,包括船舶位姿、航速、航向角等,同時把數(shù)值信息實(shí)時體現(xiàn)在視景界面的船舶模型中;虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)仿真部分通過Vega API獲取船舶運(yùn)動參數(shù)建立了基于Vega平臺的船舶運(yùn)動虛擬仿真系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了船舶操縱視景仿真同時將在3D max中建立的模型在Creator中進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,利用DOF節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了動態(tài)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)槳轂工作原理三維實(shí)時動畫演示功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of ship design and propulsion technology, modern ship propeller adopts more dual propeller twin rudder ship propulsion, for this kind of manipulation and Research on propulsion performance is an important problem that has theoretical and practical significance. The establishment and manipulation of performance optimization this paper studies the problem of dual propeller twin rudder ship maneuvering motion model the application of virtual reality technology, virtual reality simulation of the dual propeller of ship motion, displayed the model of ship maneuvering motion performance. The main research work of this paper are as follows: (1) based on a kinematic model of ship data to establish a dual propeller twin rudder ship MMG control, were established on bare hull, the hydrodynamic force and torque mathematical model of propeller and rudder on, with the model of operating performance test. (2) based on the model , using particle swarm optimization algorithm of dual propeller ship maneuverability and propeller load optimization, reliability to improve the ship performance and cycle distance adjusting device, this paper analyzes the ship turning movement when turning circle parameters change and external load value. The paddle (3) digital simulation and virtual reality simulation of the dual propeller ship and propeller drive, digital simulation using Matlab/Simulink calculation model of ship motion information, including the ship position, speed, heading angle, while the numerical information in real time reflected in the ship model visual interface; virtual reality simulation by Vega API to obtain the ship motion parameters a ship motion virtual simulation system based on Vega platform, realizes the ship maneuvering as Jing Fangzhen also will be built on the 3D Max model optimized in Creator, The dynamic model of the DOF node is constructed to realize the 3D real-time animation demonstration function of the working principle of the wheel hub.
