基于大范圍應(yīng)力三軸度的船用低碳鋼斷裂特性研究

【摘要】:基于有限元修正的平均應(yīng)力三軸度值的方法,對(duì)缺口拉伸、純剪切、壓剪和單軸壓縮等多種應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下的材料試樣進(jìn)行計(jì)算。應(yīng)力三軸度從-0.33到1.33,涉及壓縮、壓剪、剪切、拉伸、多軸拉伸等多軸應(yīng)力狀態(tài)。最終擬合了兩種計(jì)及應(yīng)力三軸度損失的斷裂準(zhǔn)則,并通過Taylor桿撞擊試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)艦用低碳鋼的斷裂應(yīng)變與應(yīng)力狀態(tài)密切相關(guān),且在不同的應(yīng)力三軸度區(qū)間差異較大;(2)考慮應(yīng)力三軸度影響的斷裂準(zhǔn)則能較好地預(yù)測(cè)船用低碳鋼材料在復(fù)雜應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下的斷裂行為。
[Abstract]:The average stress correction finite element method of three axis value based on notch tensile, shear, shear and uniaxial compression and other materials should be under stress of stress calculation.
