【摘要】：海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展帶來(lái)了對(duì)包括工作船在內(nèi)的各類(lèi)船舶的新需求。但在倡導(dǎo)綠色航運(yùn)的今天,對(duì)船舶的排放要求也變得日益嚴(yán)格。工作船因不受?chē)?guó)際海事組織(IMO)嚴(yán)格排放法規(guī)的約束,其排放已成為危害港口地區(qū)大氣環(huán)境的最大污染源。因此,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)法規(guī)限制此類(lèi)船舶的排放,這給行業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。要解決船舶排放造成的環(huán)境污染首先想到的就是提高柴油機(jī)的效率來(lái)控制船舶的廢氣排放,這對(duì)于現(xiàn)代船舶是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。本課題從節(jié)能實(shí)現(xiàn)減排的方向,對(duì)能造成能量損失的船、機(jī)、槳三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以期提高船舶整體的能效水平,從源頭上實(shí)現(xiàn)符合法規(guī)要求的減排、治污目標(biāo)。本課題分三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究。第一部分是某工作船的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)其使用要求,使用MAXSURF對(duì)船型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化并完成其阻力預(yù)報(bào);第二部分是工作船選用柴油機(jī)的增壓優(yōu)化。使用AVL-Boost對(duì)柴油機(jī)進(jìn)行仿真運(yùn)算分析,得到其匹配渦輪增壓器的最佳選擇方案;第三部分首先分析船舶的能量傳遞損失,并討論適于本船的合理、高效的動(dòng)力裝置布置方案,然后根據(jù)船、機(jī)的實(shí)際性能指標(biāo)選擇合適的槳型,通過(guò)計(jì)算完成滿足船舶使用要求的最佳匹配的螺旋槳選型。與此類(lèi)船舶長(zhǎng)期采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)法、實(shí)物匹配法以滿足適用為準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)選型相比,本課題的研究方案更具有直接現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其設(shè)計(jì)流程和理論觀點(diǎn)也可為今后此類(lèi)船舶設(shè)計(jì)選型提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of marine economy has brought a new demand for all kinds of ships, including working ships. But today, when green shipping is advocated, The discharge requirements of ships are becoming more and more stringent. Since the working ships are not subject to the strict emission regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), their discharge has become the largest source of pollution that endangers the atmospheric environment in port areas. The country has issued a number of regulations to limit the emission of such ships, which has brought new challenges to the development of the industry. To solve the environmental pollution caused by ship emissions, the first thought is to improve the efficiency of diesel engines to control the exhaust emissions of ships. This is far from enough for modern ships. In order to improve the overall energy efficiency of the ship, this subject optimizes the ship, engine and propeller which can cause energy loss in the direction of energy saving and emission reduction. This thesis is divided into three parts to study. The first part is the design of a working ship. According to its use requirements, MAXSURF is used to optimize the ship form and complete its resistance forecast. The second part is the turbocharging optimization of the diesel engine for the working ship. The simulation analysis of the diesel engine is carried out by using AVL-Boost, and the optimal scheme of matching turbocharger is obtained. In the third part, the energy transfer loss of the ship is analyzed. The reasonable and efficient power plant arrangement scheme suitable for the ship is discussed, and then the suitable propeller type is selected according to the actual performance index of the ship and the engine. The optimal matching propeller selection that meets the requirements of ship operation is completed by calculation. Compared with the design selection of this kind of ship which is based on the criterion of application and experience, the physical matching method is adopted for a long time. The research scheme of this subject is of direct practical significance, and its design flow and theoretical viewpoint can also be used for reference for the design and selection of this kind of ship in the future.
