【摘要】:在研究船用蒸汽動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的過程中,給水壓差控制系統(tǒng)是調(diào)節(jié)鍋爐給水量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),根據(jù)給水調(diào)節(jié)閥和給水泵的模型與工作原理,結(jié)合給水走向,建立給水壓差系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)給水泵轉(zhuǎn)速的控制器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)所系統(tǒng)開環(huán)特性的仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了建模方法的可行性與準(zhǔn)確性;同時(shí),閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)所設(shè)計(jì)的PI控制器同樣可以控制給水閥流量,而給水閥流量同時(shí)受給水壓差和給水泵轉(zhuǎn)速的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的給水泵轉(zhuǎn)速控制器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)給水閥前后壓差的控制,給水壓差控制系統(tǒng)具有很好的穩(wěn)定性和響應(yīng)快速性。
[Abstract]:In the process of studying marine steam power system, the control system of feed water pressure difference is the key link of regulating boiler water supply quantity. According to the model and working principle of feed water regulating valve and feed water pump, combined with feed water trend, The mathematical model of feed water pressure differential system is established, and the controller of feed pump speed is designed. The feasibility and accuracy of the modeling method are verified by the simulation analysis of the open-loop characteristic of the system. The Pi controller designed by the closed-loop control system can also control the flow rate of the feed water valve, and the flow rate of the feed valve is affected by the feedwater pressure difference and the speed of the feedwater pump. The simulation results show that, The designed speed controller of feedwater pump can control the pressure difference before and after the feed valve. The control system of feed water pressure difference has good stability and quick response.
