船舶艉部結構對尾軸振動特性影響研究

【摘要】:船舶大尺度效應造成船體變形大,使船舶軸系和船體之間相互耦合、相互影響等問題十分突出。為此,建立了具有非線性油膜力作用的尾軸—油膜—艉部結構耦合系統(tǒng)動力學模型,推導了系統(tǒng)的動力學微分方程并對方程進行求解,分析了不同轉速下尾軸的非線性動力學特征,總結了艉部結構系統(tǒng)的固有頻率、參振質量、支承剛度、連接剛度對尾軸振動特性的影響。結果表明,考慮艉部結構的影響之后,尾軸—艉部結構耦合系統(tǒng)的振動特性發(fā)生了較大改變,耦合程度受艉部結構固有頻率影響較大,尾軸最大振幅隨艉部結構參振質量和支承剛度的變化而發(fā)生改變。
[Abstract]:The large scale effect of ship causes the large deformation of ship hull, which makes the ship shafting and ship hull coupling and influencing each other, etc., so the problems such as coupling and mutual influence between ship shafting and hull are very prominent. In this paper, the dynamic model of the coupling system of the tail shaft, oil film and stern structure with nonlinear oil film force is established. The dynamic differential equation of the system is derived and solved. The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the tail shaft under different rotational speeds are analyzed. The effects of natural frequency, damping mass, supporting stiffness and connection stiffness on the vibration characteristics of stern shaft are summarized. The results show that, after considering the influence of stern structure, The vibration characteristics of the coupling system of stern shaft and stern structure have changed greatly, the coupling degree is greatly affected by the natural frequency of stern structure, and the maximum amplitude of tail shaft changes with the change of vibration mass and supporting stiffness of stern structure.
