基于EEMD和分形維數(shù)的船用齒輪箱故障診斷

【摘要】:針對(duì)船用齒輪箱故障診斷時(shí)故障特征提取困難和EMD模態(tài)混疊的缺陷等問題,采用改進(jìn)的EEMD算法和分形維數(shù),通過在齒輪箱故障實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)模擬齒輪的斷齒、裂紋和正常3種狀態(tài),并提取特征參數(shù),實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,EEMD和分形理論的結(jié)合能有效提取齒輪箱的特征參數(shù),判斷齒輪箱的工作狀態(tài)和故障形式。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of fault feature extraction and EMD mode aliasing in ship gearbox fault diagnosis, the improved EEMD algorithm and fractal dimension are adopted to simulate the gear broken, cracked and normal state in the gearbox fault test table. The experimental results show that the combination of EEMD and fractal theory can effectively extract the characteristic parameters of the gearbox and judge the working state and fault form of the gearbox.
