【摘要】:隨著高壓電力系統(tǒng)在船舶業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,STCW78/10修正案著重要求海船電子員對(duì)船舶高壓電力系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理必須有深刻認(rèn)識(shí),并且掌握船舶高壓電力系統(tǒng)的安全操作以及管理方法。對(duì)此,研發(fā)一套完備的軟件系統(tǒng)來(lái)支撐和控制船舶高壓電站模擬器,提高訓(xùn)練效果,降低訓(xùn)練危險(xiǎn),同時(shí)節(jié)約訓(xùn)練成本,將更加具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文選用Haiwell Happy PLC編程軟件、Haiwell View觸摸屏設(shè)計(jì)軟件和PIMS組態(tài)軟件作為船舶高壓電站模擬器軟件系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)環(huán)境,將PLC控制技術(shù)、觸摸屏監(jiān)控技術(shù)和組態(tài)技術(shù)靈活地應(yīng)用到船舶高壓電站模擬器上,通過(guò)三者之間通訊實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電站的聯(lián)合控制。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用Haiwell Happy進(jìn)行高壓電站主、子程序設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)Haiwell PLC對(duì)電站運(yùn)行邏輯的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制。采用Haiwell View進(jìn)行觸摸屏設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)與Haiwell PLC的通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)高壓電站運(yùn)行過(guò)程中電網(wǎng)參數(shù)、電路狀態(tài)、諧波狀態(tài)等的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。結(jié)合PIMS組態(tài)功能,以船舶高壓電站模擬器為仿真對(duì)象進(jìn)行界面設(shè)計(jì),,通過(guò)與Haiwell PLC的通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬器在PC機(jī)上的仿真操作。本文在此基礎(chǔ)上還設(shè)計(jì)了船舶高壓電站安防訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)和故障設(shè)置訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)。安防訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)以PIMS和Haiwell PLC為平臺(tái),打破了傳統(tǒng)五防“主動(dòng)式”機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖操作的理念,使訓(xùn)練變得更為靈活,加深了培訓(xùn)人員對(duì)高壓電力系統(tǒng)五防功能和大功率負(fù)載的理解。故障設(shè)置訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了PIMS、Haiwell PLC和Haiwell觸摸屏,利用PIMS設(shè)計(jì)教員臺(tái)中的故障類型和故障觸發(fā)按鈕,通過(guò)Haiwell PLC和Haiwell觸摸屏使故障報(bào)警得以在電站面板呈現(xiàn),學(xué)員通過(guò)判斷切除故障,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)員面對(duì)故障時(shí)的心理素質(zhì)和應(yīng)對(duì)能力。 系統(tǒng)具有良好的人機(jī)交互界面,避免了頻繁接觸實(shí)物面板而造成的磨擦損害。它的穩(wěn)定性好、故障率低,容易進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)和更新,具有很好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和市場(chǎng)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the application of HV power system in the shipbuilding industry, STCW78 / 10 Amendment emphasizes that the electronic crew must have a deep understanding of the structure and principle of HV power system. And to master the safe operation and management methods of ship high voltage power system, we develop a complete software system to support and control the ship high voltage power station simulator, improve the training effect and reduce the training danger. At the same time, save training costs, will be more practical significance. This paper chooses Haiwell Happy PLC programming software. Haiwell View touch screen design software and PIMS configuration software as the research and development environment of ship high voltage power station simulator software system, PLC control technology. Touch screen monitoring technology and configuration technology are flexibly applied to ship high voltage power plant simulator. The system uses Haiwell Happy to design the master and subprogram of high voltage power station. The field control of power station operation logic is realized by Haiwell PLC. The touch screen is designed by Haiwell View, and the communication with Haiwell PLC is carried out. Realize the real-time monitoring of power network parameters, circuit state, harmonic state and so on during the operation of high voltage power station. Combined with PIMS configuration function, take ship high voltage power station simulator as the simulation object to carry on the interface design. Through communication with Haiwell PLC. The simulation operation of simulator on PC is realized. On the basis of this, the security training system and fault setting training system of ship high voltage power station are designed. The security training system is based on PIMS and Haiwell. PLC is the platform. It breaks the traditional concept of "active" mechanical interlocking operation and makes the training more flexible. It deepens the trainers' understanding of the five protection functions and the high power load of the high voltage power system. The fault setting training system combines the PIMS Haiwell PLC and the Haiwell touch screen. Using PIMS to design the fault type and trigger button in the faculty table, the fault alarm can be displayed on the panel of the power station through Haiwell PLC and Haiwell touch screen. The students' psychological quality and coping ability were trained by judging and removing the faults. The system has a good man-machine interface, avoiding the friction damage caused by frequent contact with the physical panel. It has good stability, low failure rate, easy to carry out secondary development and update. Has the very good application value and the market value.
