【摘要】：為了提高柴油機(jī)活塞與缸套的裝配精度,增大柴油機(jī)活塞缸套工作效率及使用壽命,解決目前柴油機(jī)活塞缸套裝配隨機(jī)匹配、人工修配等問(wèn)題.按照船舶柴油機(jī)活塞缸套裝配要求,對(duì)活塞缸套測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一分裝管理,結(jié)合裝配精度范圍,基于遺傳算法的程序構(gòu)建,設(shè)計(jì)面向裝配過(guò)程的智能選配系統(tǒng),使活塞缸套達(dá)到一一對(duì)應(yīng)裝配的目的,減少裝配的隨機(jī)誤差以及累計(jì)誤差對(duì)活塞缸套工作性能的影響,降低裝配的返工率及人工修配帶來(lái)的裝配周期延長(zhǎng)的問(wèn)題.并以某機(jī)型柴油機(jī)的一組活塞缸套為例進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,獲得了整體最優(yōu)匹配結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the assembly accuracy of diesel engine piston and cylinder liner, increase the working efficiency and service life of diesel engine piston cylinder liner, and solve the problem of random matching of diesel engine piston cylinder liner assembly. According to the assembly requirements of piston and cylinder liner of marine diesel engine, the measurement data of piston cylinder liner are divided and managed, combined with the assembly precision range, the program is constructed based on genetic algorithm. An intelligent matching system for assembly process is designed to make piston cylinder liner achieve one-to-one corresponding assembly. The random error of assembly and the effect of cumulative error on the working performance of piston cylinder liner are reduced. The problem of reducing the rework rate of assembly and prolonging the assembly cycle caused by manual repair is also discussed. An example of a group of piston liners of a diesel engine is given and the overall optimal matching results are obtained.
