基于導(dǎo)管槳和雙速比齒輪箱的拖網(wǎng)漁船機槳匹配軟件設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著燃油價格的不斷上漲以及節(jié)能減排的日益嚴(yán)格,漁場的經(jīng)營成本也不斷上升。這時開展基于導(dǎo)管槳和雙速比齒輪箱的拖網(wǎng)漁船機槳匹配軟件開發(fā)的研究,利用現(xiàn)代計算機技術(shù)方便、快捷的研究拖網(wǎng)漁船的主推進(jìn)系統(tǒng),促使拖網(wǎng)漁船高效、經(jīng)濟、綠色環(huán)保的營運也成為了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的焦點。 本文在系統(tǒng)分析了拖網(wǎng)漁船阻力特性、拖網(wǎng)漁船主機特性及選型、雙速比減速齒輪箱推進(jìn)特性及選型、導(dǎo)管槳推進(jìn)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了拖網(wǎng)漁船機槳匹配圖譜設(shè)計方法的計算流程,編寫了拖網(wǎng)漁船機槳匹配設(shè)計思想總流程程序方框圖以及其各子系統(tǒng)的程序方框圖,并運用MATLAB程序語言將其開發(fā)成了一個軟件。 然后借用42m級拖網(wǎng)漁船對新開發(fā)的軟件進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究,,應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:本軟件的設(shè)計結(jié)果和實船誤差很小,設(shè)計結(jié)果也完全符合拖網(wǎng)漁船的初始設(shè)計要求。 本文研究結(jié)果表明:新開發(fā)的基于導(dǎo)管槳和雙速比減速齒輪箱拖網(wǎng)漁船機槳匹配設(shè)計軟件開發(fā)計算精度高,使用方便快捷,對使用者的專業(yè)水平要求不高,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rising of fuel price and the increasingly strict energy saving and emission reduction, the operating cost of fishing ground is also rising. At this time, the research on the development of the matching software of trawler engine and propeller based on ducted propeller and double speed ratio gearbox is carried out. It is convenient and quick to study the main propulsion system of trawlers by using modern computer technology, which promotes the efficient, economical and green operation of trawlers, which has also become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, the drag characteristics of trawlers, the characteristics and selection of main engine of trawlers, the propulsion characteristics and selection of gear box with double speed ratio, and the propelling characteristics of ducted propellers are analyzed systematically. Combing the calculation flow of the design method of the matching map of the trawler engine and propeller, the program block diagram of the total flow chart of the design idea of the trawler engine and propeller matching and the program block diagram of its subsystems are compiled. And use MATLAB program language to develop it into a software. Then the application of the newly developed software is studied by using 42m trawler. The application results show that the design result of the software and the actual ship error are very small. The design results also fully meet the initial design requirements of trawlers. The research results show that the newly developed design software for propeller matching of trawler trawlers based on ducted propeller and double speed ratio gearbox is of high precision, convenient and quick to use, and the professional level of users is not high. It has certain engineering application value.
