【摘要】:在能源日益枯竭、環(huán)境日益惡劣的當(dāng)今,“節(jié)能減排”已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的主流,船舶能效設(shè)計(jì)指數(shù)(EEDI)的強(qiáng)制性實(shí)施更是對(duì)整個(gè)船舶設(shè)計(jì)建造行業(yè)提出更高的要求。主機(jī)為船舶動(dòng)力裝置的核心,其能耗占整個(gè)船舶的80%以上,因而主機(jī)性能的好壞,將直接影響整艘船舶的能效水平。本文以船舶能效設(shè)計(jì)指數(shù)(EEDI)為背景,以上海船舶設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)的三種綠色船型Dolphin38.8K、64K和82K為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究分析以柴油機(jī)為主動(dòng)力裝置的船舶主機(jī)選型過(guò)程中,動(dòng)力裝置相關(guān)參數(shù)的設(shè)定對(duì)EEDI所產(chǎn)生的影響,并將EEDI作為衡量主機(jī)選型優(yōu)劣的指標(biāo)之一,建立船舶主機(jī)選型綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)船舶主機(jī)選型進(jìn)行科學(xué)、客觀、合理的評(píng)價(jià)。 首先,系統(tǒng)地研究船舶能效及主動(dòng)力裝置選型基本理論,分析EEDI和EEOI的計(jì)算方法及其對(duì)船舶行業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的影響和本身存在的不足,以某82000DWT型散貨船為例,介紹主機(jī)選型主要過(guò)程和計(jì)算方法。 其次,分析船舶能效設(shè)計(jì)指數(shù)的主要影響因素,從EEDI公式角度出發(fā),分析船舶主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)EEDI產(chǎn)生的影響,并重點(diǎn)研究了船舶主機(jī)選型過(guò)程中相關(guān)技術(shù)、參數(shù)的選取對(duì)EEDI所產(chǎn)生的影響,定性的給出提升船舶能效水平的措施、方法。 再次,引入EEDI作為評(píng)價(jià)船舶主機(jī)選型的指標(biāo)之一,建立船舶主機(jī)選型模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并以某82000DWT散貨船的主機(jī)選型為例,闡述模型的計(jì)算過(guò)程,并驗(yàn)證其正確性。 最后,利用凈現(xiàn)值(NPV)法對(duì)船舶主機(jī)選型進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性研究,對(duì)各備選機(jī)型全壽命周期內(nèi)的可計(jì)算成本折現(xiàn)分析,并以某型號(hào)主機(jī)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行投資差額現(xiàn)值比較及投資差額回收年限對(duì)比,以判斷可以提高船舶能效水平的主機(jī),其經(jīng)濟(jì)性的優(yōu)劣。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, energy conservation and emission reduction have become the mainstream of social development. The mandatory implementation of the Energy efficiency Design Index (EEDI) is more demanding for the whole ship design and construction industry. The main engine is the core of the ship power plant, and its energy consumption accounts for more than 80% of the whole ship. Therefore, the performance of the main engine will directly affect the energy efficiency level of the whole ship. Three green ship forms, Dolphin 38.8KN 64K and 82K, were designed by Shanghai Institute of ship Design and Research. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the influence of the setting of the relevant parameters of the power plant on the EEDI during the selection process of the marine main engine with the diesel engine as the main power plant. Taking EEDI as one of the indexes to evaluate the selection of the main engine, a comprehensive evaluation model of the selection of the main engine of the ship is established to realize the scientific, objective and reasonable evaluation of the selection of the main engine of the ship. First of all, the basic theory of ship energy efficiency and main power plant selection is systematically studied, and the calculation methods of EEDI and EEOI are analyzed, as well as the impact on the ship industry and its own shortcomings. Taking a 82000 DWT bulk carrier as an example, the main process and calculation method of main engine selection are introduced. Secondly, the main influencing factors of ship energy efficiency design index are analyzed. From the point of view of EEDI formula, the influence of ship main design parameters on EEDI is analyzed. The related technology and the influence of the selection of parameters on EEDI are studied in detail. The measures and methods of improving ship energy efficiency are given qualitatively. Thirdly, EEDI is introduced as one of the indexes to evaluate the selection of ship mainframe, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to determine the evaluation index and the weight of each index. Taking the main engine selection of a 82000DWT bulk carrier as an example, the calculation process of the model is described and its correctness is verified. At last, using NPV (net present value) method, the economic analysis of the main engine selection is carried out, and the discounted cost in the whole life cycle of each alternative model is analyzed. The present value of the difference of investment and the period of recovery of the difference of investment are compared according to a certain type of mainframe, so as to judge the economy of the main engine which can improve the level of energy efficiency of the ship.
