【摘要】:在我國,內(nèi)河航道早已成為內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的重要運(yùn)輸載體,它不僅關(guān)系著沿江(河)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也關(guān)系著國家內(nèi)河航運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。如何快速地得到高精度的相對水深數(shù)據(jù),提供連續(xù)且無縫的航行基準(zhǔn)面數(shù)據(jù),對于內(nèi)河航運(yùn)業(yè)而言至關(guān)重要。目前,電子航道圖所采用的航行基準(zhǔn)面具有離散性與跳變性,越來越不能滿足實(shí)際應(yīng)用的需求。不僅如此,在追求精度與準(zhǔn)確性的信息化大背景下,內(nèi)河主要轄區(qū)內(nèi)所有電子航道圖的數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理工作的工作量十分龐大,數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理效率低下,嚴(yán)重制約著電子航道圖數(shù)據(jù)的及時(shí)更新。因此,尋求更快速更高效的自動(dòng)預(yù)處理技術(shù)具有十分重要的意義。本論文的研究旨在尋找到跨越不同的連續(xù)河段時(shí),不同基面之間進(jìn)行深度轉(zhuǎn)換的方法。根據(jù)電子航道圖的相對水深數(shù)據(jù),對相關(guān)航行基準(zhǔn)面進(jìn)行曲面擬合,快速得到連續(xù)的、不間斷的航行基準(zhǔn)面數(shù)據(jù)。通過本論文的理論研究,我們能得到一種在內(nèi)河主要轄區(qū)內(nèi)的天然航道,測量基準(zhǔn)水平面的確定方法,并由此計(jì)算航道測量水深數(shù)據(jù),即從高程數(shù)據(jù)到相對水深數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)果。其中最核心的問題就是連續(xù)航行基準(zhǔn)面模型的構(gòu)建,而連續(xù)曲面的構(gòu)建常常需要基于散亂數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)作曲面擬合。在內(nèi)河航道的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)實(shí)際分布情況下擬合曲面,與正常情況下使用的曲面擬合方法存在差異。所以本文還需要探尋一種輔助方法,解決特殊數(shù)據(jù)分布情況下可能帶來的擬合精度低下的問題。本文主要做了以下幾個(gè)方面的研究內(nèi)容:首先,根據(jù)重慶長江航道局所提供的相關(guān)水位觀測數(shù)據(jù)資料,對其進(jìn)行全方位分析,為確定高精度的航行基準(zhǔn)面提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。其次,選擇合適的曲面擬合及內(nèi)插方法,同時(shí)借助相關(guān)的水文資料,生成兼具連續(xù)性與完整性的航行基準(zhǔn)面。但是在此之前,必須找到一種擬合高精度曲面的輔助方法,解決因數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)特殊分布情況帶來的問題。最后,對人工處理方式與快速處理的方式進(jìn)行對比。通過數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析,列出算法模型針對對內(nèi)河航道中航行基準(zhǔn)面擬合存在的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In our country, inland waterway transport has become an important carrier of inland shipping, it is not only related to the Yangtze River (River) with the development of related industries, but also the relationship between the development of the inland river shipping countries. Relative water depth data in high accuracy how quickly, to provide navigation datum data continuous and seamless, vital for inland river shipping industry. At present, navigation reference mask electronic navigation chart using the discrete jump and degeneration, increasingly unable to meet the needs of practical application. Not only that, in the background of information seeking precision and accuracy under the jurisdiction of all major inland electronic navigation chart data processing workload is very large, the data the pretreatment efficiency is low, seriously restricting the timely updating of electronic map data channel. Therefore, seeking more rapid automatic pretreatment technology more efficient with ten important meaning Meaning. The purpose of this paper is to find the river across the continuum when different methods were different between the base depth conversion. According to the relative water depth data of the electronic channel chart, surface fitting of navigation datum, fast continuous, uninterrupted navigation datum data. Through the theoretical study of this thesis, we to get a natural waterway in the inland river area, determination method of measuring datum horizontal surface, and calculate the hydrographic water depth data from the elevation data to relative depth data conversion results. One of the most core construction problem is the continuous navigation datum model, and construct the continuous surface often require surface fitting scattered data points based on the actual situation. The distribution of the fitting surface in inland waterway data points, existing surface fitting method and used under normal conditions to this difference. We also need to explore a supplementary method to solve the special data distribution may bring the problem of low precision. This paper mainly do the following aspects: first, according to the water level of Chongqing Yangtze River Waterway Bureau provided the observation data, comprehensive analysis of the data, provide the basis for determining the voyage the datum of high precision. Secondly, choose the appropriate surface fitting and interpolation method, and by means of hydrological data, generating both the continuity and integrity of the navigation datum. But before that, we must find an auxiliary method of high accuracy surface fitting, due to data points to solve special distribution problems finally, on artificial processing and rapid processing methods were compared. The results of data analysis, list the algorithm model for inland waterway navigation datum fitting existence Advantage.
