空心微珠泡沫材料的導(dǎo)熱性能研究

【摘要】:通過燒結(jié)空心微珠坯體的方法制備了超低容重空心微珠泡沫材料,研究了溫度、樣品的容重、開孔氣孔率對(duì)導(dǎo)熱性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的升高,空心微珠泡沫材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)逐漸增大;材料中的封閉孔部分變成連通孔之后,材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增大?招奈⒅榕菽牧先葜貫146kg/m~3時(shí),導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.054 W/(m·K),容重為100~600kg/m~3的樣品,樣品導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)與容重之間的關(guān)系曲線為y=0.00023 x+0.028
[Abstract]:Ultra-low bulk density hollow beads foam materials were prepared by sintering hollow beads. The effects of temperature, bulk density and porosity on thermal conductivity were studied. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the thermal conductivity of hollow bead foam increases gradually, and after the closed hole in the material becomes connected hole, the thermal conductivity of the material increases.
