葡萄糖為碳源的SiC-TiC復合粉末合成工藝研究

【摘要】:以硅溶膠、葡萄糖和TiO_2為初始原料,采用碳熱還原法在氬氣氣氛下合成SiC-TiC復合粉末。探討了不同反應溫度對SiC-TiC復合粉末的物相組成、粒徑分布、顯微形貌等方面的影響。采用X-射線衍射儀(XRD)、激光粒度分析儀、掃描電鏡(SEM)等手段對所合成的SiC-TiC復合粉末進行表征。研究結果表明:SiC-TiC復合粉末適宜的合成條件為在1550℃保溫2 h。在1550℃下合成的SiC-TiC復合粉末主要由少量的片狀顆粒、一定量的晶須以及大量的近似球狀顆粒構成。粉末樣品中SiC晶須的生長機理遵循氣-固(VS)機理。
[Abstract]:Using silica sol, glucose and TiO_2 as initial raw materials, SiC-TiC composite powder was synthesized by carbothermal reduction in argon atmosphere. The effects of different reaction temperatures on the phase composition, particle size distribution and microstructure of SiC-TiC composite powder were discussed.
