人工模擬酶的研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:人工模擬酶具有性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、易于制備、環(huán)境耐受性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在某種程度上解決了天然酶易失活、難制備的缺點(diǎn)。本文按照人工模擬酶的分類,綜述對比了傳統(tǒng)模擬酶與納米材料模擬酶的研究現(xiàn)狀,對人工模擬酶優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并對其應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Artificial simulated enzymes have the advantages of stable properties, easy preparation and strong environmental tolerance. to some extent, they solve the shortcomings of natural enzymes, which are easy to inactivate and difficult to prepare. In this paper, according to the classification of artificial simulated enzymes, the research status of traditional mimic enzymes and nanomaterials mimic enzymes was reviewed and compared, the advantages and disadvantages of artificial simulated enzymes were summarized and analyzed, and their application prospects were prospected.
