纖維增強復(fù)合薄板非線性振動測試平臺開發(fā)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:自主設(shè)計并開發(fā)了一套新型纖維增強復(fù)合薄板非線性振動測試平臺.首先,開發(fā)了基于LabVIEW控制的二維激光掃描測振系統(tǒng),介紹了該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)原理及測控優(yōu)勢.然后,自主設(shè)計復(fù)合薄板專用夾具、振動轉(zhuǎn)化底座等功能部件,完成纖維增強復(fù)合薄板激振平臺的設(shè)計與開發(fā).最后,經(jīng)過對各個功能部件進行安裝、調(diào)試和組配后,利用該振動測試平臺獲得了復(fù)合薄板結(jié)構(gòu)的3類非線性振動現(xiàn)象,包括諧波失真、軟式剛度非線性和非線性跳躍現(xiàn)象.應(yīng)用研究表明,開發(fā)的測試平臺能夠達到預(yù)期實驗效果,且相對于已有測試平臺,在測試精度、測試效率方面都有大幅提高,可以為纖維增強復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的非線性振動測試問題提供一種新思路和新方法.
[Abstract]:A new nonlinear vibration measurement platform for fiber reinforced composite thin plates was designed and developed. Firstly, a two-dimensional laser scanning vibration measurement system based on LabVIEW control is developed, and the realization principle and control advantages of the system are introduced. Then, the design and development of fiber-reinforced composite plate exciting platform are completed by designing the special fixture for composite thin plate, vibration transforming base and other functional parts. Finally, three kinds of nonlinear vibration phenomena of composite thin plate structure are obtained, including harmonic distortion, soft stiffness nonlinearity and nonlinear jump phenomenon. Application research shows that the developed test platform can achieve the expected experimental results, and compared with the existing test platform, the test accuracy and efficiency have been greatly improved. It can provide a new idea and method for nonlinear vibration measurement of fiber reinforced composite structures.
