一種新型納米轉(zhuǎn)光膜的制備及增溫效應(yīng)

【摘要】:通過熔融插層法制備了具有光轉(zhuǎn)換功能的納米聚乙烯薄膜,用XRD、UV-Vis、FL、TGA等方法對轉(zhuǎn)光膜的性能進行了分析研究,結(jié)果表明新型納米轉(zhuǎn)光膜能有效地吸收對植物有害、對溫室棚膜有破壞作用的206~360nm的紫外光,發(fā)射360~500nm的藍紫光,且其具有良好的抗熒光衰減性能。轉(zhuǎn)光膜在紅橙光和藍紫光區(qū)的光質(zhì)比例分別比對照高2.43%和1.82%,有利于植物進行光合作用,且在UV-A、UV-B、UV-C光區(qū)的光質(zhì)比例分別低于對照1.35%,4.97%,5.54%,這在一定程度上會降低紫外線對塑棚溫室內(nèi)作物及棚膜的損害。與對照膜相比,納米轉(zhuǎn)光膜有良好的保溫性能,且可有效提高塑棚溫室內(nèi)的空氣溫度和土壤溫度,利于作物生長,農(nóng)田試驗結(jié)果表明,新型納米轉(zhuǎn)光膜可有效促進生菜的生長,用其處理的生菜鮮重比對照增加了14.03%,可有效提高作物的產(chǎn)量。
[Abstract]:Nano-polyethylene film with light conversion function was prepared by melt intercalation method. The properties of the film were studied by XRD,UV-Vis,FL,TGA and other methods. The results showed that the new nano-conversion film could effectively absorb harmful to plants. The UV light of 206~360nm, which is destructive to greenhouse film, emits blue ultraviolet light of 360~500nm, and it has good anti-fluorescence attenuation performance. The ratio of light to quality in the region of red orange and blue violet light was 2.43% and 1.82% higher than that of the control, which was beneficial to the photosynthesis of plants, and the ratio of light and quality in the light region of UV-A,UV-B,UV-C was lower than that of the control 1.35, respectively. 4.975.54, which can reduce the damage of ultraviolet ray to the crops and film in plastic greenhouse to some extent. Compared with the control film, the nanometer light transfer film has good thermal insulation performance, and can effectively improve the air temperature and soil temperature in plastic greenhouse, which is conducive to crop growth. The results of field experiments show that the new nanometer light conversion film can effectively promote the growth of lettuce. The fresh weight of lettuce treated with it was increased by 14.03 as compared with the control, which could effectively increase the crop yield.
