熱處理對碳化硅基復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:碳化硅纖維增強(qiáng)碳化硅復(fù)合材料(Si C/Si C)是極具前景的高溫結(jié)構(gòu)材料。通過先驅(qū)體浸漬裂解(PIP)工藝制備了Si C/Si C復(fù)合材料。在惰性氣氛下,1400~1800℃范圍內(nèi)對Si C/Si C復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行熱處理,用紅外熱像儀作為測溫工具監(jiān)測材料溫度,研究了熱處理溫度對Si C/Si C復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)1400℃熱處理后復(fù)合材料基體結(jié)晶程度增加,整體力學(xué)性能提高;隨熱處理溫度進(jìn)一步提高,復(fù)合材料纖維受損,力學(xué)性能急劇下降。
