矩形橫截面導(dǎo)體內(nèi)衰減振蕩電流脈沖的趨膚效應(yīng)

【摘要】:為了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)通電流脈沖的工件以及制定電流脈沖處理材料的工藝方案,研究電流脈沖通過時(shí)電流密度、電磁場(chǎng)等物理量在導(dǎo)體內(nèi)部的分布情況.根據(jù)Maxwell方程組,推導(dǎo)出振蕩衰減電流脈沖通過矩形截面金屬導(dǎo)體時(shí),電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、電流密度、磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、電磁能密度和Maxwell應(yīng)力張量在橫截面分布的解析解.以電容放電通過碳鋼板狀試樣為例,計(jì)算相關(guān)物理量的分布情況.結(jié)果表明,電流、電磁場(chǎng)的分布存在明顯的趨膚效應(yīng),表面處的數(shù)值遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于心部,主要分布在距離表面深度不大于趨膚深度的表層區(qū)域.電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、電流密度、磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、電磁能密度和Maxwell應(yīng)力張量都呈現(xiàn)出振蕩衰減的變化趨勢(shì).通過電流脈沖對(duì)45碳鋼橫截面碳原子作用的不均勻現(xiàn)象驗(yàn)證了趨膚效應(yīng)的存在.
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of the workpiece of the conduction current pulse and to formulate the processing scheme of the current pulse processing material, the distribution of the current density, electromagnetic field and other physical quantities in the conductor when the current pulse passes through is studied. According to the Maxwell equations, the analytical solutions of the distribution of electric field, current density, magnetic induction intensity, electromagnetic energy density and Maxwell stress Zhang Liang in the cross section of rectangular section metal conductor are derived when the oscillating attenuated current pulse passes through the rectangular section of metal conductor. The distribution of related physical quantities was calculated by using capacitor discharge through carbon steel plate specimen as an example. The results show that the distribution of electric current and electromagnetic field has obvious skin effect. The value of the surface is much larger than that of the center, and it is mainly distributed in the surface area where the depth from the surface is less than the depth of the skin. Electric field intensity, current density, magnetic induction intensity, electromagnetic energy density and Maxwell stress Zhang Liang all show the trend of oscillation attenuation. The existence of skin effect is verified by the non-uniform effect of current pulse on carbon atoms in 45 carbon steel cross section.
