工業(yè)級熔體微分3D打印技術(shù)制作大型工業(yè)制品

【摘要】:桌面3D打印技術(shù)已得到社會認可,而針對工業(yè)級大型3D打印技術(shù)的研究很少。工業(yè)級熔體微分3D打印技術(shù),采用螺桿塑化熔融方式,具有更大的成型尺寸;可加入顆粒狀聚合物,拓寬3D打印耗材種類;使用3 mm大噴嘴,有效提高打印速度。該工業(yè)級熔體微分3D打印技術(shù)中各個打印參數(shù)(如層高、噴嘴直徑等)設(shè)置對于制品成型及制品力學性能有著至關(guān)重要的影響。將不同基材的玻纖復合材料作為研究對象,運用自主搭建的工業(yè)級熔體微分3D打印實驗平臺,研究不同打印參數(shù)下制品成型效果。通過SEM電鏡圖、TGA熱重分析儀、DSC差示掃描量熱法、拉力測試儀對制品及原材料進行分析。文章驗證了該新型工業(yè)級熔體微分3D打印機對玻纖復合材料制備大型3D打印制品的可行性,且可以為工業(yè)級大型3D打印技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)指導。
[Abstract]:Desktop 3D printing technology has been recognized by society, but little research has been done on industrial scale 3D printing technology. Industrial grade melt differential 3D printing technology, adopting screw plasticizing and melting mode, has larger molding size; can add granular polymer, widen the variety of 3D printing consumables; use 3 mm large nozzle to improve printing speed effectively. The setting of printing parameters (such as layer height, nozzle diameter, etc.) in the industrial melt differential 3D printing technology plays an important role in the molding and mechanical properties of the products. The glass fiber composites with different substrates were used as the research object and the experimental platform of industrial grade melt differential 3D printing was used to study the molding effect of the products with different printing parameters. The products and raw materials were analyzed by SEM thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and tension tester. This paper verifies the feasibility of the new industrial grade melt differential 3D printer for the preparation of large scale 3D printing products by glass fiber composites, and can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the development of industrial grade large-scale 3D printing technology.
