納米復(fù)合材料在潛指紋顯現(xiàn)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:潛指紋識別在刑事科學、事故鑒定、信息識別和安全檢查等領(lǐng)域具有非常重要的作用。然而,因為潛指紋客體的多樣性和遺留的時效性等原由,利用傳統(tǒng)的方法對潛指紋進行顯現(xiàn)和提取有時無法取得滿意效果。鑒于以上情況,近年來研究人員嘗試使用納米熒光材料作為指紋顯現(xiàn)提取試劑,尋求基于納米熒光材料的簡單、廉價、高效、低干擾和多重信號的指紋顯現(xiàn)和檢測。本文利用簡單化學制備方法合成了CdTe@SiO2/Ag抗菌發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料、“銀粉”-CdTe@SiO2雙顯現(xiàn)納米復(fù)合發(fā)光材料以及Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料,并系統(tǒng)研究其檢測潛指紋的應(yīng)用。所合成的CdTe@SiO2/Ag抗菌發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料、“銀粉"-CdTe@SiO2以及Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料具有制備方法簡單、吸附能力強、背景干擾小、可檢測客體多等特點,.具有良好的指紋顯現(xiàn)效果。每種材料又具備雙重功能,實現(xiàn)了多重檢測信號,提升了指紋顯現(xiàn)適用范圍,因此,在刑事科學指紋顯現(xiàn)和提取領(lǐng)域具有重要的應(yīng)用前景。本文第一章為緒論,主要介紹潛指紋特點和傳統(tǒng)指紋顯現(xiàn)提取手段,同時還對納米復(fù)合材料進行綜述,進而提出論文的選題依據(jù)、研究思路與研究內(nèi)容。本文第二章設(shè)計合成了CdTe@SiO2/Ag抗菌發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料。采用X-射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、紅外光譜、X射線光電子能譜、熒光光譜和抗菌性能測試等分析手段,研究了CdTe@SiO2/Ag抗菌發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和抗菌發(fā)光性能,并探索了其對不同客體遺留的潛指紋的顯現(xiàn)和提取效果。研究結(jié)果表明,CdTe@SiO2/Ag納米復(fù)合材料具備較好的抗菌效果,同時對多種客體表面遺留指紋具有較好的顯現(xiàn)效果。本文第三章設(shè)計合成了“銀粉’'-CdTe@SiO2雙顯現(xiàn)納米復(fù)合發(fā)光材料。經(jīng)X-射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡和熒光光譜等測試手段,對比傳統(tǒng)指紋顯現(xiàn)用“銀粉”配比不同時“銀粉”-CdTe@SiO2雙顯現(xiàn)納米復(fù)合發(fā)光材料的結(jié)構(gòu)特點、熒光特點和指紋顯現(xiàn)提取效果。研究結(jié)果表明,“銀粉”的添加量對“銀粉”-CdTe@SiO2雙顯現(xiàn)納米復(fù)合發(fā)光材料的形貌和熒光性質(zhì)有一定影響。和商用“銀粉”比較,“銀粉”-CdTe@SiO2雙顯現(xiàn)納米復(fù)合發(fā)光材料具有更強的粘附性能和顯現(xiàn)提取效果,可在紫外光下通過指紋熒光顯現(xiàn)和可見光下對潛指紋實現(xiàn)雙重功能的識別。本文第四章設(shè)計合成了Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料。利用X-射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡和熒光光譜等分析手段,研究了Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)特點、磁性能和發(fā)光性能,探究了其對多種客體遺留潛指紋的顯現(xiàn)提取效果。研究表明,Fe304納米粒子的添加量對Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料的形貌和發(fā)光特性有一定影響。相比于傳統(tǒng)試劑,Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2磁性發(fā)光納米復(fù)合材料具有較強的粘附能力和更好的潛指紋顯現(xiàn)提取結(jié)果,同時可實現(xiàn)磁分離回收,因而具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。本文第五章對論文研究進行了總結(jié),并對后續(xù)進一步研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Latent fingerprint identification plays a very important role in the fields of criminal science, accident identification, information recognition and security inspection. However, because of the diversity of the objects and the legacy of the latent fingerprint, the use of traditional methods to reveal and extract the latent fingerprint can not achieve satisfactory results. People try to use nanofluorescence materials as a fingerprint to extract reagents, and seek the simple, cheap, efficient, low interference and multiple signal fingerprint and detection based on nanofluorescence materials. In this paper, a simple chemical preparation method is used to synthesize CdTe@SiO2/Ag antibacterial luminescent nanocomposites. "Silver powder" -CdTe@SiO2 double show nano complex. The application of CdTe@SiO2/Ag antibacterial luminescent nanocomposites, "silver powder" -CdTe@SiO2 and Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent nanocomposites has simple preparation method, strong adsorption capacity and small background interference, which can be detected by the synthesis of luminescent materials and Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent nanocomposites. It has the characteristics of many objects. It has a good effect of fingerprint appearance. Each material has dual functions. It realizes multiple detection signals and improves the application scope of fingerprint. Therefore, it has an important application prospect in the field of fingerprint appearance and extraction in criminal science. The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the characteristics of latent fingerprints and traditional fingerprints. The second chapters of this paper are designed and synthesized in the second chapter of this paper, including X- ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, penetrating electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The structure and antibacterial luminescence properties of CdTe@SiO2/Ag antibacterial luminescent nanocomposites were studied by means of fluorescence spectra and antibacterial properties test. The appearance and extraction effect of the latent fingerprints left by different objects were explored. The results showed that the CdTe@SiO2/Ag nanocomposites had better antibacterial effects and had a variety of guests at the same time. The third chapter of this paper has been designed and synthesized in the third chapter of this paper. The "silver powder" double display nano composite luminescent materials are synthesized by X- ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and fluorescence spectrum, and the traditional fingerprint shows that silver powder "silver powder" is not at the same time as "silver powder" -CdTe The structure characteristics, fluorescence characteristics and fingerprint extraction effect of @SiO2 double display nano composite luminescent materials have been found. The results show that the amount of "silver powder" has a certain effect on the morphology and fluorescence properties of "silver powder" -CdTe@SiO2 double display nanocomposite luminescent materials. Compared with commercial "silver powder", "silver powder" -CdTe@SiO2 double display The composite luminescent materials have stronger adhesion and appearance, which can be identified by fingerprint fluorescence and visible light under UV light. In the fourth chapter, Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent nanocomposites are designed and synthesized. X- ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron are used in this paper. The structural characteristics, magnetic properties and luminescence properties of Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent nanocomposites were investigated by means of microscope and fluorescence spectroscopy, and the effect of its appearance on the latent fingerprint of various objects was explored. The study shows that the addition of Fe304 nanoparticles to the morphology of Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent Nanocomposites Compared with the traditional reagents, Fe3O4-CdTe@SiO2 magnetic luminescent nanocomposites have strong adhesion and better latent fingerprint extraction results, and can achieve magnetic separation and recovery. Therefore, it has a good application prospect. The fifth chapter of this paper has been summarized and further further studied. The research has been prospected.
