蜂窩夾層共形承載天線結構剪切性能的試驗與模擬

【摘要】:對玻璃鋼蜂窩夾層共形承載天線結構設計了常溫面內剪切試驗,采用三明治夾芯板理論和分離式實體建模方法,利用ABAQUS軟件建立其與試驗相符的有限元模型,并基于各向異性材料最大應力準則,使用USDFLD定義蜂窩芯失效準則。結果表明:試驗獲得了此類結構關鍵性的剪切強度和剛度數據;模擬方法能準確地模擬結構的剛度和強度,從而驗證了此類結構在面內剪切載荷下的適應性,為此類結構的使用提供了參考數據,也為此類結構提供了一種較為準確和可靠的模擬計算方法。
[Abstract]:The in-plane shear test of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) honeycomb sandwich with conformal bearing antenna is designed. The sandwich panel theory and the separated solid modeling method are used to establish the finite element model which is consistent with the test by Abaqus software. Based on the maximum stress criterion of anisotropic materials, the failure criterion of honeycomb core is defined by USDFLD. The results show that the key shear strength and stiffness data are obtained, and the simulation method can accurately simulate the stiffness and strength of the structure, which verifies the adaptability of the structure under in-plane shear load. It provides reference data for the use of this kind of structure and a more accurate and reliable simulation method for this kind of structure.
