【摘要】：近年來,具有諸多新的物理性質(zhì)和優(yōu)良熱電性能的類液態(tài)材料獲得了研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注。離子電導(dǎo)率對(duì)理解這類熱電材料中的離子遷移行為非常關(guān)鍵。但是,由于類液態(tài)熱電材料中的離子電導(dǎo)率在總電導(dǎo)率中的貢獻(xiàn)很小,因此很難利用傳統(tǒng)方法精確測(cè)量其離子電導(dǎo)率。本研究基于Yokota提出的離子阻擋法,嘗試?yán)米灾鞔罱ǖ脑O(shè)備測(cè)量類液態(tài)熱電材料的離子電導(dǎo)率。本文詳細(xì)介紹了該設(shè)備的基本構(gòu)造、測(cè)試原理以及測(cè)試步驟,分析了帕爾貼效應(yīng)/塞貝克效應(yīng)、離子析出、電壓測(cè)試點(diǎn)的位置和氧化揮發(fā)等因素對(duì)測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確性的影響,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案,成功測(cè)量了幾種具有代表性的類液態(tài)熱電材料的離子電導(dǎo)率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, liquid-like materials with many new physical properties and excellent thermoelectric properties have attracted wide attention. Ionic conductivity is very important to understand the ion migration behavior in this kind of thermoelectric materials. However, due to the small contribution of ionic conductivity in liquid-like thermoelectric materials to the total conductivity, it is difficult to accurately measure the ionic conductivity by traditional methods. Based on the ion barrier method proposed by Yokota, this paper attempts to measure the ionic conductivity of liquid thermoelectric materials by self-built equipment. In this paper, the basic structure, testing principle and testing procedure of the equipment are introduced in detail, and the effects of Palpater effect / Seebeck effect, ion precipitation, location of voltage test point and oxidation volatilization on the accuracy of the test are analyzed. The corresponding solutions were proposed and the ionic conductivity of several representative liquid-like thermoelectric materials was successfully measured.
