MMA-粉煤灰漂珠體系凝膠注模成型制備陶瓷復合膜研究

【摘要】:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)為有機單體,粉煤灰漂珠為骨料,采用非水基凝膠注模成型技術在支撐體表面制備膜層。主要考察了單體添加量對膜層的影響及燒結溫度對陶瓷復合膜性能的影響。研究結果表明:混合漿料中MMA預聚液的質量分數為50%時,其黏度為1019.4m Pa·s,可以在支撐體表面聚合成膜。當燒結溫度從950℃升高至1100℃,膜層的孔隙率下降,抗彎強度隨之增強,耐酸堿腐蝕性大幅提升;復合膜的純水通量和平均孔徑顯著下降,且提高燒結溫度使孔徑分布變窄。在1050℃下燒結2h,可以得到抗彎強度為38.2 MPa,平均孔徑為0.86μm的陶瓷復合膜,其純水通量為1061.9 L·m~(-2)·h~(-1),對聚乙二醇20000和分散大紅染料分子的截留率分別達到31.7%和47.2%(0.2MPa)。
[Abstract]:Using methyl methacrylate (MMA) as an organic monomer and fly ash beads as aggregate, a film layer was prepared on the surface of the support by non-aqueous gel injection molding technology.
