新型聚丙烯酰胺-聚硅酸硫酸鋁復(fù)合絮凝劑的制備及絮凝效果研究

【摘要】:以聚硅酸(PSA)、硫酸鋁(AS)、氫氧化鋁(AH)、丙烯酰胺(AM)為原料制備了無機(jī)-有機(jī)復(fù)合絮凝劑聚丙烯酰胺-聚硅酸鋁(PAM-PASS)。討論丙烯酰胺加入量、鋁硅摩爾比、硅酸活化p H對復(fù)合絮凝劑絮凝效果的影響,得到制備復(fù)合絮凝劑最佳工藝條件:二氧化硅質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為7%,硅酸活化1 h(p H=3.0),鋁硅摩爾比為3∶1,PASS熟化1 h,丙烯酰胺質(zhì)量占總物料質(zhì)量為20.7%,氫氧化鋁質(zhì)量占總物料質(zhì)量為7.5%,以過硫酸銨和亞硫酸氫鈉為引發(fā)劑,反應(yīng)溫度為40℃,PAM-PASS合成3 h。利用因子設(shè)計和響應(yīng)面法研究了絮凝試驗中廢水酸度和投入量對絮凝效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,PAM-PASS復(fù)合絮凝劑的最佳操作條件為p H=6.5~7.5和投入量為15~20 mg/L。根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果得到最優(yōu)化效果為:廢水p H為7.20,投藥量為17.00 mg/L,除濁率為97.87,試驗驗證結(jié)果與實際效果相吻合。
[Abstract]:The inorganic / organic composite flocculant PAM-PASSs was prepared from polysilicic acid (PSAA), aluminum sulfate (ASA), aluminum hydroxide (AHH) and acrylamide (AM). The effects of acrylamide addition, Al-Si molar ratio, activated silica pH on the flocculation efficiency of composite flocculant were discussed. The optimum conditions for preparation of composite flocculant were obtained as follows: the mass fraction of silica is 7, the activation of silicic acid is 1 h, the molar ratio of aluminum to silicon is 3: 1 / pass for 1 h, the mass of acrylamide is 20.7 and the mass of aluminum hydroxide is 20.7% of the total material, the molar ratio of aluminum to silicon is 3: 1 / 1 / pass for 1 h.
