AlN陶瓷表面氧化及Mo-Mn法金屬化研究

【摘要】:對(duì)無(wú)壓燒結(jié)制備的AlN陶瓷氧化處理,采用傳統(tǒng)Mo-Mn法在預(yù)氧化后的AlN陶瓷表面制備金屬化層,并在Mo-Mn金屬化層表面實(shí)施鍍鎳制備Mo-Mn/Ni復(fù)合金屬化層。研究了AlN陶瓷氧化及金屬化對(duì)其導(dǎo)熱性能、力學(xué)性能、表面相組成及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明:氮化鋁陶瓷經(jīng)過(guò)1100℃保溫3 h的氧化處理之后,在其表面生成均勻分布的氧化鋁層,熱導(dǎo)率和抗彎強(qiáng)度分別提升了6.2%和26.6%。AlN陶瓷表層制備的Mo-Mn/Ni復(fù)合金屬化層厚度約為28μm,Al_2O_3層、Mo-Mn層與Ni層之間通過(guò)元素的相互遷移形成擴(kuò)散層,層間緊密結(jié)合。金屬化后陶瓷的熱擴(kuò)散系數(shù)較純AlN陶瓷基體提升3.8%。
[Abstract]:The AlN ceramics prepared by pressureless sintering were oxidized by traditional Mo-Mn method. The metallized layer was prepared on the surface of pre-oxidized AlN ceramics, and the Mo-Mn/Ni composite metallized layer was prepared by nickel plating on the Mo-Mn metallized surface. The effects of oxidation and metallization on the thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, surface phase composition and microstructure of AlN ceramics were studied. The results show that the aluminum nitride ceramic is oxidized at 1100 鈩,
