【摘要】：建立了碳纖維傳動軸剛度不平衡膠接接頭的有限元模型,對扭轉載荷下剛度不平衡膠接接頭的失效行為進行分析,預測了膠接接頭的失效扭矩和失效模式,并進行扭轉實驗證明有限元分析方法的有效性,最后研究了被粘物剪切模量比和壁厚比對剛度不平衡膠接接頭失效行為的影響,為工程上碳纖維傳動軸膠接接頭的設計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The finite element model of carbon fiber transmission shaft joint with unbalanced stiffness is established. The failure behavior of the joint under torsional load is analyzed, and the failure torque and failure mode of the joint are predicted. The torsion experiment proves the validity of the finite element analysis method. Finally, the influence of shear modulus ratio and wall thickness ratio on failure behavior of adhesive joints is studied. It provides a reference for the design of carbon fiber transmission shaft adhesive joint in engineering.
