高能球磨時間對牡蠣貝殼粉體性能與結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:采用高能球磨法對牡蠣貝殼粉進(jìn)行改性,通過改變球磨時間,研究了牡蠣貝殼粉體各項(xiàng)性能與結(jié)構(gòu)的相應(yīng)變化,并探究了各性能與球磨時間之間的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)球磨時間從5h逐步增加至25h時,牡蠣貝殼粉的粉體平均粒徑從58.32μm逐漸變?yōu)?9.88μm,粒度分布變窄,顆粒比表面積由17.459m~2/g升至21.364m~2/g,飽和溶液pH由9.37升至9.73,粉體的Zeta電位從-12.79升至18.78;當(dāng)球磨時間達(dá)到15h時,晶型由文石型開始轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉浇馐?同時基團(tuán)的鍵結(jié)合力也逐漸增強(qiáng)。利用最小二乘法得到反映各性能與球磨時間之間的變化關(guān)系公式。
[Abstract]:The oyster shell powder was modified by high energy ball milling method. By changing the ball milling time, the corresponding changes of properties and structures of oyster shell powder were studied, and the law of change between each performance and ball milling time was studied. When milling time increased from 5 h to 25 h, the average particle size of oyster shell powder gradually changed from 58.32 渭 m to 19.88 渭 m, and the particle size distribution became narrower. The specific surface area of particles increased from 17.459mg to 21.364mg, the pH of saturated solution increased from 9.37 to 9.73. the Zeta potential of the powder increased from -12.79 to 18.78.When the milling time was 15h, the crystalline form began to change from the aragonite type to the calcite type. At the same time, the bond binding force of the group is gradually strengthened, and the formula reflecting the relationship between the properties and the milling time is obtained by using the least square method.
