鋯鈦納米氧化物的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能研究

【摘要】:通過真空熔煉法制備出不同鋯鐵比的合金,將鋯鐵合金陽極氧化制備鋯鐵氧化物納米管。利用SEM、XRD、VSM、XPS、UV-Vis等測試方法對所制備的納米管的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)、磁學(xué)性能及吸附性能等進行了研究;采用共沉淀法制備不同比例的鋯鐵納米粉體和鈦鐵納米粉體,對其性能進行了測試,并與納米管的性能進行了對比。1.在甲酰胺與甘油的體積比為1:1、含1wt%去離子水和1wt%NH4F的電解液中,采用陽極氧化法制備出形貌良好的鋯鐵復(fù)合氧化物納米管,研究了鐵含量對晶化溫度和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著鐵摻雜量的增加晶化溫度從400℃提高到600℃,晶粒粒徑變小,四方相含量逐漸增加。2.對鋯鐵氧化物納米管陣列的磁學(xué)性質(zhì)進行了研究,并探討了不同退火溫度對磁學(xué)性能的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)退火溫度不同時樣品的磁學(xué)性能有很大變化。3.對復(fù)合氧化物納米管的帶隙和吸附性能進行了研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著鐵摻雜量的增加吸收帶邊發(fā)生了紅移現(xiàn)象,對Cr6+的吸附性能比單一氧化物納米管有所提高。4.與單一的氧化鋯與氧化鐵相比,鋯鐵復(fù)合氧化物納米粉體的晶化溫度提高,晶粒粒徑變小。隨鐵含量增加,復(fù)合氧化物磁性增強,當(dāng)鋯鐵原子比為1:2和1:3時,復(fù)合氧化物的矯頑力與氧化鐵相近,剩磁和飽和磁化強度明顯大于氧化鐵。復(fù)合氧化物對Cr6+的吸附性能隨鋯鐵比而改變,但優(yōu)于鋯鐵復(fù)合氧化物納米管,也優(yōu)于氧化鋯和氧化鐵。5.研究了退火溫度對鈦鐵復(fù)合氧化物粉體吸附性能的影響,未退火的鈦鐵復(fù)合氧化物粉體的吸附性能優(yōu)于550℃退火的樣品。
[Abstract]:Zirconium iron oxide nanotubes were prepared by anodic oxidation of zirconium iron alloy by vacuum melting method. The morphology and structure of the prepared nanotubes were measured by means of SEMXRDX VSMX XPSN UV-Vis, etc. The magnetic properties and adsorption properties of ferrozirconium and iron titanate nanocrystalline powders were prepared by coprecipitation method and their properties were tested. The properties of nanotubes were compared with that of nanotubes. In the electrolyte containing 1wt% deionized water and 1wtNH4F in the volume ratio of formamide to glycerol, zirconium iron composite oxide nanotubes with good morphology were prepared by anodic oxidation method. The effect of iron content on the crystallization temperature and crystal structure is studied. The results show that the grain size becomes smaller with the increase of Fe doping content from 400 鈩,
