鋰離子電池硅基薄膜負(fù)極材料的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:作為鋰離子電池材料,硅基材料有優(yōu)于碳材料、鈦酸鋰材料以及錫基材料的理論比容量,成為鋰離子電池負(fù)極材料研究的一大熱點(diǎn)。由于硅基材料存在較大的體積效應(yīng),阻礙了硅基材料的商業(yè)化。綜述了近幾年來(lái)鋰離子電池硅基薄膜材料的研究進(jìn)展,分析了此類材料的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),展望了硅基薄膜材料的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:As lithium-ion battery materials, the theoretical specific capacity of silicon-based materials is superior to that of carbon materials, lithium titanate materials and tin based materials, which has become a hot spot in the research of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. The research progress of silicon-based thin film materials for lithium-ion batteries in recent years is reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of these materials are analyzed, and the development trend of silicon-based thin film materials is prospected.
