多孔配位聚合物的可控制備及其在催化和儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本論文的研究包括開(kāi)發(fā)新的功能化金屬有機(jī)骨架(MOFs)材料和有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)合材料。上述類型的材料,被用作催化劑和能量?jī)?chǔ)存用的定型相變材料(PCM)的載體。首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了催化劑和熱能存儲(chǔ)的背景,然后介紹了這些固體多孔材料的制備,及其在催化和相變儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用性能。通過(guò)后合成修飾方法,用1,3-丙磺酸內(nèi)酯合成了高效的烷基磺酸鹽官能化的氨基-MOFs(MIL-101-Cr-NH-RSO3H)。固體 MIL-101-Cr-NH-RSO3H 催化劑,在苯-1,2-二胺與1,2-二羰基化合物的縮合反應(yīng)制備喹喔啉衍生物中,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的催化性能。通過(guò)水楊醛與活化的亞甲基化合物丙二腈在水相非均質(zhì)條件下的縮聚反應(yīng),研究含有二氫香豆素的Knoevenagel縮聚反應(yīng)中,雙官能團(tuán)MOFs(MIL-101-Cr-NH-RNH2)的催化行為;阢t離子和橋聯(lián)分子苯-1,3,5-三羧酸(BTC)合成了有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化多孔金屬-有機(jī)凝膠(MOGs)。MOG-100(Cr)的多孔性,保證了被包封的硬脂酸(SA)優(yōu)異的熱穩(wěn)定性。即使將SA@MOG-100(Cr)復(fù)合材料加熱到超過(guò)其熔點(diǎn),也沒(méi)有觀察到來(lái)自MOGs中PCMs的泄漏。其最大包封重量比高達(dá)90%的SA,并且沒(méi)有泄漏。通過(guò)分別與苯-1,4-二胺,4,4'-亞甲基二胺和1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三胺縮合,制備了一系列1,3,5-苯三羰基三氯化物交聯(lián)有機(jī)聚合物。合成的聚合物具有非腐蝕性、環(huán)境友好性;高熱穩(wěn)定性和永久孔隙率,能為相變材料提供優(yōu)異的支撐,有效防止熔融的PCMs泄漏。用PEG 2000作為相變芯材,在PTP-A聚合物材料中,包封重量比高達(dá)85%PEG 2000,并且這些復(fù)合材料形狀穩(wěn)定,沒(méi)有熔融的PCM泄漏。PTP-A可作為一種新型的儲(chǔ)能材料,并且該復(fù)合材料在熱循環(huán)50次后,仍然表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The research of this paper includes the development of new functional metal organic framework (MOFs) materials and organic-inorganic composite materials. The types of materials to be used in the setting of phase change materials and energy storage (PCM) catalyst carrier. First briefly introduces the catalyst and heat storage in the background, and then introduces the solid porous material the preparation, properties and application in catalysis and energy storage field. The post modification method, alkyl sulfonate functionalized high amino -MOFs synthesized by 1,3- propanesultone (MIL-101-Cr-NH-RSO3H). MIL-101-Cr-NH-RSO3H solid catalyst, the condensation reaction of benzene amine -1,2- two and 1,2- two carbonyl compounds in preparation of quinoxaline derivatives and exhibited excellent catalytic performance. By salicylaldehyde with activated methylene compounds C two nitrile in aqueous heterogeneous conditions of polycondensation, containing two Polycondensation of Knoevenagel hydrogen coumarin, bifunctional MOFs (MIL-101-Cr-NH-RNH2). The catalytic behavior of chromium ions and bridging molecule -1,3,5- three benzene carboxylic acid (BTC) based on organic inorganic porous metal organic gels were synthesized (MOGs).MOG-100 (Cr) porous, ensure the stearic acid encapsulated (SA) excellent thermal stability. Even if the SA@MOG-100 (Cr) composite material is heated to above its melting point, no leakage was observed from MOGs in PCMs. The highest encapsulation weight ratio of up to 90% SA, and no leakage. By benzene and -1,4- two 4,4'- two methylene amine, amine and 1,3,5- three in -2,4,6- three a series of 1,3,5- benzene amine condensation, three carbonyl chloride three crosslinked organic polymer was prepared. The synthesis of polymers with non corrosive, environmentally friendly; thermal stability and permanent porosity, can provide excellent support for the phase change material, effectively prevent melting The melt leakage of PCMs. PEG 2000 was used as the core material in the PTP-A phase, polymer material, encapsulation weight ratio up to 85%PEG 2000, and the composite shape is stable, no leakage of molten PCM.PTP-A can be used as a new energy storage material, and the composite material in the hot after 50 cycles, still excellent stability.
