【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)"高突"松軟煤層石門揭煤快速成巷,結(jié)合新安煤礦16010工作面的實(shí)際情況以及高壓水射流破煤理論,分析了破煤壓力及流量并對(duì)水力沖孔設(shè)備加以選型。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,水力沖孔時(shí)沖孔壓力在8~10 MPa時(shí),水力沖孔后鉆孔直徑擴(kuò)大倍數(shù)在8~11倍,平均瓦斯抽采體積分?jǐn)?shù)提高10倍左右,經(jīng)過30 d的預(yù)抽,各項(xiàng)突出預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)均低于臨界值,實(shí)現(xiàn)了"高突"松軟煤層快速石門揭煤成巷的安全作業(yè)。
