井下風窗風量自動調(diào)節(jié)控制裝置研究

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有調(diào)節(jié)風窗的手動風量調(diào)節(jié)過程存在不能實現(xiàn)對巷道風量實時檢測和調(diào)節(jié)、風量調(diào)節(jié)精度不高以及工程量大的缺陷,基于微變自動調(diào)風技術(shù)研究了井下風窗風量自動調(diào)節(jié)控制裝置,并在介紹了裝置的組成以及工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,對其低震蕩高精度微變實時自動調(diào)風技術(shù)進行分析,研究表明:該裝置的風量調(diào)節(jié)過程實現(xiàn)完全無需人工干預,通過對巷道風量的實時自動檢測與調(diào)節(jié),可以保證與其關(guān)聯(lián)通路上的風量;風量調(diào)節(jié)過程還可以實現(xiàn)微變調(diào)節(jié),使得調(diào)風過程具有風量震蕩幅值小、調(diào)節(jié)精度高的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In view of the defects that the manual air volume regulation process of regulating air window can not realize the real time detection and regulation of roadway air volume, the precision of air volume regulation is not high and the engineering quantity is large. Based on the micro-variable automatic air regulation technology, the automatic air volume regulation and control device of the downhole air window is studied, and on the basis of introducing the composition and working principle of the device, the low concussion and high precision micro-variable real-time automatic air regulation technology is analyzed. The research shows that the air volume regulation process of the device does not need manual intervention at all, and the air volume on the associated path can be guaranteed by real-time automatic detection and adjustment of roadway air volume. The air volume regulation process can also realize the slight variation regulation, which makes the air volume regulation process have the advantages of small amplitude of air volume shock and high adjustment accuracy.
