粒度對(duì)煤孔隙特征影響的壓汞實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了分析研究粒度對(duì)煤孔隙特征的影響,采用收集某礦煤樣分別破碎篩分出3個(gè)不同粒徑煤粒進(jìn)行壓汞實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:階段孔體積的分布曲線符合高斯函數(shù),階段比表面積的分布曲線符合Power函數(shù);孔體積與比表面積具有相關(guān)性,其相關(guān)性隨著孔徑的增加而不斷減小,進(jìn)而分析了造成該現(xiàn)象的原因是由于煤樣中存在微裂隙的影響;粒度影響煤?左w積的本質(zhì)原因是煤樣粒度改變了粒間孔體積大小,而粒內(nèi)孔體積幾乎不隨粒度的改變而改變;孔直徑小于1 000 nm的煤體孔隙孔體積和孔比表面積均具有明顯的分形特征。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the effect of particle size on pore characteristics of coal, mercury pressure experiments were carried out by collecting coal samples and separating three coal particles with different sizes. The results show that the phase pore volume distribution curve accords with Gao Si's function and the stage specific surface area distribution curve accords with Power function. Pore volume is correlated with specific surface area, and its correlation decreases with the increase of pore size. The reason for this phenomenon is analyzed because of the existence of micro-cracks in coal samples. The essential reason of the influence of particle size on the pore volume of coal is that the particle size of coal sample changes the pore volume between particles, but the pore volume within grain hardly changes with the change of particle size. The pore volume and specific surface area of coal with pore diameter less than 1 000 nm have obvious fractal characteristics.
