阻化劑對采空區(qū)遺煤初次和二次氧化特性的影響

【摘要】:為掌握阻化劑對煤自燃的影響規(guī)律,基于煤自燃程序升溫試驗(yàn),測試了用CaCl2、MgCl2、NH4Cl、NH4H2PO3阻化后,采空區(qū)遺煤的初次氧化和二次氧化自燃特征參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,阻化劑對煤樣初次氧化的阻化效果依次為NH4ClCa Cl2Mg Cl2NH4H2PO3,對煤樣二次氧化的阻化效果依次為NH4ClNH4H2PO3Ca Cl2MgCl2;經(jīng)阻化后的煤樣參數(shù)φ(CO)/φ(CO2)及拐點(diǎn)溫度較原煤樣均有所降低。對于初次和二次氧化的采空區(qū)遺煤,在30~103℃時(shí),阻化劑能起到阻化作用;在103~140℃時(shí),阻化劑起到了促燃作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the influence of inhibitor on spontaneous combustion of coal, based on the temperature programmed test of coal spontaneous combustion, the characteristic parameters of primary oxidation and secondary oxidation spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf after blocking with CaCl2,MgCl2,NH4Cl,NH4H2PO3 were tested. The results show that the inhibition effect of the inhibitor on the primary oxidation of coal sample is in turn that of NH4ClCa Cl2Mg Cl2NH4H2PO3, to the second oxidation of coal sample, and that of NH4ClNH4H2PO3Ca Cl2MgCl2; is the order of the inhibition effect of the inhibitor on the coal sample's primary oxidation.
